In our present human configuration we’re both form / matter (body) and formless (spirit / energy) simultaneously. If I may use a leaf analogy. When we look at a leaf we see its outer form, but, what makes up the leaf is sap: we don’t see the sap as it is covered by green Maya (ma, ya, “that which is not”). Thus we could say the outer visible leaf is / reflects Maya or illusion. The outer leaf, Maya, is covering the inner Essence of the invisible Real leaf. Likewise, OUR unseen inner bliss nature is covered mainly through generational conditioning, addictions and unending “world” head-noise. In other words, due to out of cosmic coherence sync the mind fails to perceive “as is”, fails to experience through its innate nature — present moment awareness — fails to experience divinely.

Like the leaf, what we see is not what we are. The essence of the leaf is pure sap, similarly the essence-potential of humankind is Pure Transcendental Spirit.

Again, like the butterfly miracle, we’re each intended to shed the caterpillar status, grow through this chrysalis (cocoon) of “world” — subconscious conditioning — or Maya by means of our latent spiritual mechanisms. Unlike the caterpillar, which has to spin a chrysalis to “birth” its higher Butterfly nature, humankind already has this cocoon in the form of the endocrine / glandular system along the spine and into the brain. As such, by activation — hormonal secretion — of the glandular system by means of meditational silence, we germinate the bliss seed — known as kundalini — in the base [of spine] chakra, temporarily sealed by generational conditioning or Maya. The mind, on knowing mental stillness triggers this dormant, potent chrysalis to birthing our spiritual Self. Birthing this Self-seed nature, this bliss dynamic through vibrational silence is our life’s purpose, with its development into Cosmic Consciousness the ultimate goal of human evolution.

As we know, water adjusts to whatever shape the pipe takes. Likewise, mind accepts whatever we settle upon or have been indoctrinated into — also known as belief systems. But, in settling for Maya, this inherently carries evolution’s silent disagreement. Evolution will be at work to rectify all non life-serving mind-sets in the form of “suffering” in proportion to our “lost” true nature. In other words, while we may be enjoying senses gratification and “world” happiness, but if such is through spiritual ignorance, evolution will be aware of the soul’s need of “course correction” at a later date, either in this lifetime or another.

Evolution will eventually bring each soul back to the purification process of eventually knowing Pure Consciousness. “Purification” here means expansion of conscious mind — gained through the silence of [inner] mental stillness — whereby we live through soul-understanding based on Divine Principle or spiritual values. In other words, for mind to perceive spiritually, intuitively then mind needs to be functioning as full mind — not diluted or splintered by sub conscious Maya conditioning — thus bringing healing to every area of our divine nature: mind, body spirit.

To live Maya knowingly is to consciously choose suffering over bliss thereby thwart or deny chrysalis birth or spiritual transformation, thus remaining a dysfunctional caterpillar indefinitely.

But, of course, we’re not all starting from the same point of spiritual awareness, rather we’re each continuing the personal journey of soul purification, (mind expansion) of becoming de-conditioned [of Maya] thus to know our eternal spiritual nature — unconditional love or bliss consciousness. Now that we know what needs to carried out, why not make this earth journey the one we finally succeed in breaking free of lower-self dominance — ever-clinging Maya — and actually come upon the Transcendental Nature of our soul’s freeing bliss status — Scripture puts it: ‘know ye the Truth [state of pure inner silence] and this Truth shall make you free’ [of sub consciousness / Maya].

Silence

As we can see, the activity of meditational Silence is more than just the absence of environmental noise. In spiritual terms, transcendental silence is a dynamic not an intangible or static emptiness; like an ocean of electricity waiting to be sparked into activity, divine silence is the “lightening” spark [to this ocean] with its after-activity/ effect “thunder” or love. First there’s “lightening” (silence spark) then thunder or unconditional love: no lightening, no thunder. Thunder without lightening equals ego.

In the spiritual matrix, the dynamics of noise (mental chatter) and Silence are mutual conduits, in that, transcending mental noise (compulsive thoughts) allows the all-pervading Electric Silence become experiential as bliss or unconditional love, thereby know Universal consciousness as separate from finite or limited individuality. In this regard — similar to electricity — when sparked through silence, Transcendental nature becomes as all-encompassing interactive bliss-consciousness or individual soul awakening to itself.

It’s important to distinguish between human emotional love FOR God and the state of unconditional Love-Consciousness realized in meditation: bliss is not emotional love rather an overall compassionate resonance — a state [of Heart] in harmony with the all of creation: mankind / animal / environment / the Cosmos).

Altered States of Consciousness

As physical beings, re-birthing out of this time-tomb body or chrysalis into transcendental expanded consciousness is our life-purpose. This entails the mind entering into subtler states of silence-awareness or altered states of consciousness thus the mind becoming unbounded or cosmic in nature, (think biblical Matthew 17:1-13) and Jesus’ Transfiguration on the Mountain’ meaning, our own highest point of inner awareness — transcendence — in meditation:

Transcendence is the Purity-Prism through which the never-changing Divine (Truth) reflects AS Cosmic Consciousness, the potential functioning capacity of each spiritually awakening soul.

As the mind begins encountering deeper meditational silence, the respiratory system reduces — breathing becomes more and more refined. With this level of mental inactivity, the nervous system adapts gradually to a profound level of restful alertness — neither active nor inactive — leading thus to the nervous system / brain reflecting divinely, reflecting bliss consciousness naturally; when the lake is calm the Moon reflects beautifully, serenely and clearly.

Through persistence [of practice], all sub conscious Maya or conditioning becomes integrated. To this end, infusion of bliss into the conscious mind is fundamental. Here properly carried out twice-daily meditation brings about tangible success in this area, thereby resolving subconscious reactive thought patterns — the Maya “loop”. Thus “worldly” addictions can be seen as temporary clouds, which, on passing (integration), reveal the Sun, the real You, our true eternal Spirit nature.

Real happiness is spiritual, it’s an inside job. This being so, why don’t we experience happiness on an ongoing daily basis? To answer this let us explore what may be blocking our natural happiness and how we can rectify such. Let us examine how religious dogma, literal interpretation of scriptures and their resultant mind-sets, may have confused, mislead or ill-served us in life.

Baptismal Contract

Awakening out of ” formal religion” conditioning reveals that we were living a religious / baptismal contract not of our own choosing or signing. And, strangely, but for the subtly imposed fear clause, this water over the head “contract” could have been opted out of at any time. Misguided, we lived the fear, delusion, and accepted domination; we relinquished our own Christ-within determination and became “literal” prisoners of the institutional “arrangements”. Even though we sensed “our church” were holding back on the essence of the Jesus-intended Way to soul liberation, we conformed to Institutional liberalism and its democracy premised on collective ignorance maintained through fear-instilling dogmas. The reality of course is, that we rely solely on direct experiential contact with our already present inner Christ nature. In other words, we each possess a cosmically-designed constitution (brain, nervous system/spiritual mechanisms) drawn up by the Almighty and managed by evolution for the sole purpose of “saving” each soul through our own Christ “within” consciousness.

As spirit beings we’re each encoded to finding or coming upon this saving Truth through inward endeavor. We’re each given the tools (endocrine or glandular system / chakras) to actualize Truth: become Self or Christ-Realized experientially now, in consciousness, and not some time in the future.

Sense-Based Happiness

Many seem not to realize that by constantly (unwittingly) seeking and experiencing solely through sense-based happiness we’re unconsciously stating that lasting happiness can only be found WITHOUT thereby subjectively denying our real “within” bliss consciousness. An automatic loop is proclaiming: when I find that special person, house, employment, fame etc., happiness will COME, then I’ll be happy. Such mind-sets are delusional. Outcomes as these will of course make the ego feel happy or inflated but, due to evolution and change, such happiness can never be lasting, only fleeting, as such, requires constant “topping-up”. Dependence on outer-world happiness leads to addictive personality — mind / senses becoming overpowered through stimulant attachment to almost everything it/they encounter thereby denying our innately present Heart happiness.

The mind, through on-going discontent, instinctively seeks happiness through the senses, that’s its nature — but mind can never be satisfied until it comes upon its true nature — bliss. With the senses duty-bound to serve the mind, the non-spiritually awakening mind will accept artificial happiness from any source — to include political, religious or corporate dogmas,not to mention the “world” menu — but this sense thirst craving can never be quenched by the “world” — by outer sources.

While the mind is cosmically encoded to fulfilling its full stature of expanded eternality in bliss or divine consciousness, the process requires individual conscious decision, meaning, engaging in meditational practices such as deep inner silence leading to bliss-consciousness.

So long as the addictive-driven senses remain the sole provider of contentment, mind remains out of its own cosmic bliss nature, thus functioning in the realm of sub consciousness or spiritual ignorance. In finding bliss mind finds everlasting natural fulfillment, contentment, and, no longer scours the “world” junk-menu for sense-fixes.

“Lost” to Wisdom and Life Direction

Consider the following. Have we ever been lost in a strange location in a foreign Country? And through a sense of panic, we automatically take every wrong turn thus leading to more anxiety – we lose our natural bearings. Out of fear we tune OUT instead of IN. We do this instinctively when we lose inner calm and come under the controlling grip of ice-chilling fear. Similarly, through discontentment, self-doubt, lack of Self-awareness, contradicting mind-sets, stress, fear, worry and “fix” hunting, (addictions), mind / nervous system become exhausted and spiritually disorientated — “lost”. Panic severs our route to divine wisdom and we’re automatically drawn outwards, become ego or fear-led (scripture puts it: “Peter drew his sword and severed the arresting guard’s right ear”, in Gethsemane, John 18:1-10, meaning fear / dominant ego, cuts of the path to our Higher Self wisdom). “Peter” in scripture, of course, represents the lower ego, to which Jesus rebukes saying: “get behind Me heathen” (negative mind-sets). In other words, don’t lead through lower ego or “world”-formed conditioning, rather through “Me”, our own inner awakening love-natured, wisdom-full soul.

Similarly, through weariness and fatiguing lifestyles, we seem naturally to make strange and irrational decisions all of which can lead mind to settling for a crutched existence, a fake unnatural or contrived happiness to ease life’s burdens and respite from chore responsibilities. Wisdom is blocked and we classically miss the calm portal to where this Glorious bliss happiness dwells transcendentally (within).

I’m sure most of us are familiar with the following, but, for the benefit of those not, here’s a repeat. When the Good Lord was looking for a safe spot to place this Jewel of Happiness, (biblical Prince of Peace) he placed it where we could never lose it no matter how ‘lost’ we became. He placed it within consciousness for such requires transcendental journeying, requires activating the metamorphic meditation button to inner cosmic calm nature. This within-consciousness represents our eternal Spiritual Essence as separate from egoism finite mind. This “within spot” isn’t a physical place, rather a state: our unseen transcendental or raised Christ Nature. When we cease frantically searching WITHOUT for happiness, and direct mind (in meditation) to within thus do we engage or activate were the Good Lord placed the wondrous happiness Jewel. Here we discover the calm-imbued doorway leading “lost” egoistical mind from its finite island-refuge of outer happiness reliance to the expansive, eternal ocean of inner transcendental bliss; the soul’s sonar becoming re-attuned with its “forgotten” (conditioned over) cosmic nature.

On reaching the “Jewel spot” within, the mind’s subconscious programming (addictive mind-sets) begin dissolving, defragging — prioritizing through wisdom — and, in proportion to senses / mind purification, human consciousness comes within the range of the never-changing state of Cosmic Consciousness — “Will of God” — or Eternal Truth.

Conscious “Contact”

God is Love /Spirit and man/woman is made (of Spirit) in the (creative) image (imagination) and likeness (love nature) of God. True, BUT, it’s “conscious contact” which validates Love experientially, which gives meaning to all this spiritual language we speak and read about, for, intellectual knowledge alone (of Spirit) isn’t sufficient.

Although unconditional by nature, (as in, the reservoir unconditionally supplies water to every pipe RAISED to it) Love, in this regard, is conditional that we make “meditational silence” contact. Thus, the emphasis needs to be on raising our consciousness, engaging Spirit Consciousness through technique-based practices such as yoga, meditation and mindfulness rather than relentlessly “searching” for intellectual validations. Meditational nature lived through our nervous system validates ALL scriptures simultaneously even if we’ve never read any scriptures. In fact it’s only after a degree of meditational purification, (mind expansion) that any of these biblical scriptures begin making any practical, everyday-life sense.

My interpretation of Matthew 6:33: “Seek ye first the Kingdom and all its righteousness and all else shall be added unto you”, is: seek meditational bliss silence thereby activating the Thymus love gland — the Sacred or Cosmic Heart — thus is human consciousness set upon the transformational process of becoming realized in Christ Consciousness.

When esoterically or non literally translated, the word “Lord” refers to Law – and, more specifically, Cosmic Law, as opposed to subconscious conditioned mind law; in other words, thy Lord, or, [functioning of] Cosmic Law, is the resultant dynamic of raised consciousness by way of Lord’s Supper meditation.

The first commandment given to Mosses on the Mountain (symbolizing transcendent moment in meditation) reads: “I am the Lord [Cosmic Law] thy God [eternal functioning Authority] thou shall not have strange gods before Me” – “Me” representing our own Higher Self or eternal Christ within – Transcendent aspect of my soul’s awakening nature.

While traditionally cognized as a historic event (and, respectfully, may well have taken place in some format), esoterically the Lord’s Supper represents conscious inner communion with – or feast of – divine Love celebrated at individual level in transcendence meditation.

This most personal declaration of soul quietude is practiced on the Alter [Mountain] of inner Silence [unconditional faith] for the purpose of surrendering to Divine Law; an act of individual devotion whereby experiential Presence of pure consciousness becomes known at Heart level as separate from intellectual ritual equivocation through outer identification.

Of course, what we title such Presence, Power, and Law, is our personal, or, traditions’ choice. But, what is unequivocal at experiential level beyond “ritual remembrance formality”, is the eternal Nature of my indwelling Christ — the Cosmic Mind, or, the Law of “Me” my soul or Self.

From a mind-stilling perspective – the Lord’s Supper is about gathering or centring our scattered mental activity into one-pointedness – single Eye awareness – whereby all our purposely designed spiritual mechanisms become cosmically active. In Yogic terms this is known as “action through inaction” – transcendence through dynamic silence. Thus, the Lord’s Supper is a means of becoming cosmically or Christ Empowered; a vibrational process of awakening the metaphysical disciples in the brain – our route to full humanity.

Each time we enter into transcendental silence, we’re performing the Lord’s Supper, becoming cosmically attuned, for, egoic mind cannot know transcendence. Jesus puts it, “anyone who gives up (crucify) his lower egoic life for Me (inner Christ) will have eternal Life”. Each Lord’s Supper meditation makes eternal status more blissfully known unto our consciousness.

Ego, by its corruptible nature, cannot crucify itself, cannot be in charge of “my kingdom is not of this world” process; ego and transcendence are of two incompatible levels of consciousness. Therefore, other than trans-mutational silence, there’s no intellectual mechanism whereby ego can “surrender” willingly, so to speak. Therefore, what we do is, narrow the focus of [our] awareness – convergence – “if thine [mind’s] eye be single then thy whole body will be full of Light”. But beware, just when it seems we’re free [of ego], the ego insidiously tempts us back into pleasant, complimentary thoughts – even a thought of God is the same as any other thought. Thus the constant “restart” of daily meditation is vital to ensure success of crucifying ego, thence, successful transcendence.

“Take this all of you and eat, this is my body.. do this in Remembrance of Me”

“Eating” his flesh is equated with receiving [unto consciousness] spiritual truth; a spiritual concept pertaining to digesting / expression of the Lord’s Nature through our physiology and nervous system – knowing divine love as an ACTIVE Law ingredient – thus, “baking bread” and “eating” is sharing what we’ve gained through experiential inner Christ or Bliss Presence.

Regularly “eating” His nature leads to establishing Christ personality – the revelatory and celebratory feast or “wine” of His Heart. Similarly, when expressing unconditional love with friends, family or perceived enemies, we’re simultaneously “eating”, “wining” and sharing Divine Nature – “Breaking” Love-Bread.

When Christ-Nature becomes fully formed in consciousness thus we can say Christ is living through us. Becoming as bread sharers among the multitudes – filling many a heart basket of His love – our own Heart simultaneously functions through Universal or divine Mains rather than egoism battery power. “No greater Heart love can be known by he/she who lays down (surrenders) their lower-nature life so others may see Divine Light [through us].”

Transcendentally attuned, our Hearts are ever-replenishing of the Lord’s Presence, ever reflecting the never-changing Law of Love consciousness; eternally united in the never-diminishing Light of Spirit that others may be drawn unto, we rejoice knowing our soul reflects Divine Will – Cosmic Consciousness.

With Jesus essentially being a soul psychologist, and the Bible a book on Mind / Soul science, the imperative becomes obvious: that we actively participate in the Lord’s Supper as an everyday meditational inner transformation event leading to use of our full brain capacity – through which-ever closet format or practice we adapt – and not so much fixating on historical events and geographical locations. Reality is NOW in every corner of the cosmos simultaneously, and its realization is through the unconditional, uncontaminated Present Moment – “Me” the Christ within.

“Remembrance” for church-goers is referred to at the consecration of Mass where the individual soul, on receiving the Eucharist, becomes consecrated again in the Lord / Law / Christ within – healing the “Fall of Man” episode of our lives. Similarly, our own “closet” practice, fulfills the Lord’s Remembrance blissfully and dynamically.

Deliver us O Lord.

Scripture states it’s by Grace – divine healing, pure forgiveness or integration of sin – that our soul becomes saved, “Delivered” from on-going ignorance-suffering. Grace, or Deliverance, thus, is a transformational outcome: a process of deconditioning the deeper mind’s accumulations of subconscious thought patterns responsible for the daily actions which we unwittingly perform under lower-self law.

It’s important to reflect when “praying” meditationally – stillness attuning – that, it’s God who works the Grace, not us. “Not I, but my Father in heaven which doeth the healing” – restoration of soul to wholeness. Silence being the loudest prayer, it’s the password-conduit to inner Me / Christ, when lower ego, for the duration (usually twenty minutes) of our meditation, has totally lost its corrupting influence. Regularity of practice establishes “duration” as the permanent state of cosmic consciousness.

Understanding that WE cannot deliver ourselves unto Kingdom consciousness, we begin to see the absolute necessity of practical application to symbol-structured scripture; we begin relating to where, and through which means, biblical language is instructing – providing the reader with Law-based knowledge in achieving Christ consciousness – Eternal life. Thus we see biblical “Grace” as purification of subconscious conditioning – enabling us recognize the associated implications should we consciously chose to ignore such profound messaging, that, the Kingdom [of Love / Christ] is Resurrected within consciousness through meditation.

How meditation and Psalm 23 relate to the Lord’s Supper

When this great Psalm becomes Realized as a “state of belief” / Transcendental silence, then, as a spiritual dynamic, it becomes enormously powerful – our thoughts supported by the full force of Nature.

When, through meditation, Transcendental Silence becomes the ever-present, immovable, immutable, unalterable Awareness, thus, vibrational communion with the Almighty becomes established; thereby carrying out Jesus’ command of going to our inner closet, thereby die to, or, crucify the corrupt one, ego, lower-self, thereby know Transcendental Silence, the state [of belief].

A point relevant to spiritual healing and overall manifestation is that, it’s not the object of our belief that’s important, rather, Belief itself, which state (Biblical’s image and likeness) is innately present within all humans awaiting validation through the self-referral processes – consciousness aware of itself alone [in pure silence].

It’s really not so much belief “in” [something or someone] but of validating Unity consciousness “I and the Father are One” – thus fulfilling John 6:47 “I tell you the truth: whoever believes has eternal life”. Eternal life is a present possession in consciousness, not a future reward; eternally, meaning, of God Nature.

Is reciting this powerful prayer regularly sufficient? Well, that depends on the level of developed belief-consciousness the words pass through. All formal prayer words are indicative and don’t in and of them-selves bring about Kingdom consciousness. In this regard – for it’s the overall nature of Psalm 23 which needs to be lived – some soul cleansing needs to be carried-out. In other words, intellectual knowledge alone doesn’t alter the state of the soul into belief. If it were merely a matter of reciting words, there wouldn’t be any need of scripture’s call to raising ordinary human consciousness through [purifying] inner silence leading to experiential belief consciousness – the Bible’s central theme. As we know, Jesus warned against materialistically based “give me this-give me that” form of prayer.

Formal word-prayer should be about vocalizing gratitude for already present spiritual abundance regardless of whether such is visibly in place, and not so much a begging session for specific materialistic fulfilment. When consciousness functions as ever-present Silence – the state of Belief – all intentional pure thoughts become realized, thus, momentary life becomes our non-ending prayer [of purity] in preparation for the next Plane of Life where our true nature of Total Belief [the state] comes fully into play.

Who is the Good Shepard?

Here the word “Good” is referring to state of Transcendental Nature not a qualitative human attribute. “Shepard” represents the all-encompassing [Cosmic] wisdom, the guiding and compassionate nature of such Divine state.

Once realized that the Good Shepard is our own indwelling Christ, then Psalm 23 becomes powerful beyond its written words; our life dynamic takes on His cosmic, all-joyful, all-knowing eternal Potential.

Like the metamorphosis of caterpillar into butterfly, consciousness undergoes transformation into the unbounded spiritual Nature we’re each designed to Realize; then, through our focused conscious awareness, divine interpretation of our momentary life is ever of Higher perception; thereby, our soul’s “revelatory” capacity expands enabling revelation of the promises of our indwelling Good Shepard Nature: sourcing wisdom cosmically – rather than from ego’s memory bank – becomes our natural ability.

When Good Shepard awareness – continuum of pure consciousness – becomes established, it can be said we’ve become the Promises [of Christ] – become the eternal living Christ in all our human affairs. As Cosmically-infused beings of Divine Law – and all the wholeness such represents both within and without – we’ve fulfilled this stage of our evolution of establishing Eternal Christ Nature within consciousness.

As Good Shepard nature is imperceptible to the five ordinary senses – “no eye has seen nor ear heard” – transformation becomes our life’s purpose. For Divine nature to be known, such can only be through a compatible [pure] consciousness, hence, regular purification and transcendence.

When read through and evaluated esoterically, (non literally) be uplifted, that, each time we meditate, Psalm 23 and its entire ethos is forming within consciousness – His forgiveness Grace is preparing for Revelation unto our own “City of David” [raised] Consciousness.

Psalm 23 / Good Shepard Translation

The Lord is my Shepard: The Law of God’s Commandments – functioning through my indwelling Christ – guides my every intention, activity and expression at my conscious use of Christ nature.

I shall not want: I shall not want for any good thing, for the Lord has already provided His All-Joy, All-Happiness, All-Creativity AS Presence within.

He maketh me lie down in green pastures: Green pastures here symbolize Divine Abundance. We’re declaring that, through replenishment of His Bliss-Mana in meditation, all areas of mind, body, spirit, are divinely prospered – know Abundance Nature.

He leadeth me beside the still waters: Still waters symbolize the soul. Through this meditation my struggle for peace is over – a reflection of my soul’s contentment – divine peace is now the all-pervading Presence in my life.

He restoreth my soul: Having endured separation from God – Fall of Man – now, reunited, my soul knows wholeness. I affirm this soul prosperiety to be my experience, my way of life. His Purity reigns Supreme in my Heart eternally.

He leadeth me in the paths of righeousness for his Name’s sake: “His Name’s sake” – His Nature – pervades my every thought and subtle intention, thereby is right thinking, right action garunteed. Only life-supporting thoughts, words and deeds emerge into my expanded consciousness, thus only good goes from me, only good comes to me.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: Raised in Heart consciousness divine insight, understanding, reveals Eternal Truth, that, there is no death only separation from Love’s Presence. Through this meditation, cyclical illusions are shattered forever, revealing thus unto Heart the continuum of pure consciousness.

For thou art with me: My Heart abounds in bliss: my soul reflects His Spirit Nature. My Heart’s senses are quickened to See and Hear divinely, my mind, body, soul are ever-full of His compassionate and forgiving ways.

Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me: Through this meditational Silence, thy Rod – chakras / spinal glandular system and Rod’s Crook – brain physiology / pineal, pituitary glands – are now optimally functioning thereby my entire physiology expresses Divine Intelligence; thy Staff – steadfast in Faith through purifying wisdom and understanding, my unwavering soul rejoices eternally.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: With consciousness raised Knowingness reveals, that, mine enemies are product of my own mental thought patterns; at this very moment, all negative mindsets are integrating – Christ, my indwelling Shepard, is overseeing this entire deeper mind functioning.

Thou anointest my head with oil: Biblical oil and anointment symbolize praise and thanks-giving. With the two primary glands in the brain – pineal and pituitary – activated, I Heart-praise the Lord fully for the ongoing manifestations of peace, happiness and love witnessed in my life.

My cup runneth over: For a cup to run over it must first be full. With unconditional love now the over-flowing reality of my momentary awareness, the capacity to extend and receive love in every situation, is my reciprocal, joyful privilege.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: Through this Silence communication, the Lord’s nature of boundless love, peace and happiness rebound within my Heart. All aspects of my life-living reflect active praise, gratitude and compassion – I render divine service unto others in / for, His Name’s sake.

I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever: With “Law of God consciousness” fully established as Enlightened Awareness, my soul rests eternally in Christ – my Good Shepard – and there is nothing good I shall want, for, already I receive the Kingdom of Heaven. My Heart perceives eternally, thus, it dwells joyfully in His Love House (Christ consciousness) forever.

“The Apostles got into the Boat and went to the other side” Matthew 14:22

Keep this Scripture in mind as we weave our way through this article, we shall return to it later.

For centuries, like beavers, man / woman has been building dams to blocking our divine nature.

Consequently, so many people in the world today are living their bliss, their soul-potential unconsciously, as conscious ignorance or inverted bliss. Parallel to this we have the term “ignorance is bliss”, so, how is this latter expression to be understood spiritually, or is it simply a play on words?

“Ignorance is bliss” could be interpreted as “what we don’t know won’t hurt us”, in that, the mind is spared the need of digesting unpleasant facts such as negatively charged TV and Radio news bulletins. On the other hand, “Ignorance is bliss” can translate as unconscious bliss potential awaiting integration.

In reality spiritual ignorance is subconsciousness in need of purification — an aspect of mind waiting to be made conscious. In other words, while “Life is Bliss”, Life requires a fully conscious awareness to reflect the nature of bliss: unconditional love, compassion, creativity…

The Barrier

While spiritual ignorance indeed poses the obvious barrier to realization in God-Consciousness, ignorance is a necessary dynamic which we must all undergo in depotentializing the soul’s non-serving belief systems (sin seeds) which have become embedded in the subjective mind or soul. Otherwise, under law, evolution continues replaying these previously established sin molds — our non consciously dealt with “cause” (of effect) thought patterns.

By way of automatic behavior, subconsciousness controls our human value system, world perceptions: our every mental activity in daily life. In other words, on acceptance in deeper mind, negatively charged thought seeds (sin nature) travel from the brain to the solar plexus, where they germinate to be “manufactured” as our physical / mental environment. Thus also is cyclical reincarnation programming, maintained.

In effect ignorance (of spiritual nature) serves only to reflect that which is unnatural to our eternal immaterial or spirit nature. To knowingly endure the status quo of spiritual ignorance — partake of its fruits — is to consciously choose pain / suffering. On the other hand, sin / ignorance is Grace or healing-forgiveness in waiting — a calling out for conscious integration. “Sin” — the manifestations of ignorance — should be grasped willingly thereby allow Divine Light shatter its basis. Doing so allows the soul come under the direct influence of our own inner Unifying Christ Consciousness.

How Sin / Ignorance is Processed Within

This sub-level nature of “hell on earth” or “hell of our life” is created when the subjective mind is negatively charged with fear, stress, anger, worry, bias, judgmentalism and so on, to include excesses of unnatural sense gratification; our thought processes becoming automatically aligned to the “jink in, junk out” cycle. Thus, the unconscious, taking these engraved emotive patterns to be our conviction desires or command, manifests these patterns into our physical form and life experiences. “As we sew (in mind) so shall we reap” (experience).

As the saying goes: “what a man / woman thinks about all day becomes their reality”. In this context, consciously watching our dominant thoughts — inner / outer dialogues — is prerequisite to keeping our “sin bank account” — subconsciousness — pure or non existent, thus keeping the unconscious (soul) naturally attuned with Higher-Dimensional Consciousness — Christ within. In progressing to this level, conscious choice is the imperative as opposed to subconsciously obeying the dictates of lower-self. This is what Jesus meant when he said: “The prince of this world calleth and findeth nothing in Me” John 14:30 — no subconsciousness, no perennial “sin seeds” to be dealt with repeatedly.

Inner Self Awareness or, capacity of Love Presence, is like a spiritual weighing scales, where our mental-emotional processing is filtered through Cosmic understanding. In living Presence, we’ll have found the secret of blissful life participation — freeing the soul off the merry-go-round of subconsciousness. Subconsciousness, as mentioned here, is not the Subconscious often refereed to by american inspirational writers who are in fact referring to Infinite Being or Soul.

Awakening out of Death and the Time Dream

“So get rid of your old self which made you live as you used to… ” Ephesians 4:22-23

Because the event cannot be “experienced” as a reality in consciousness, the most common reminder or nudge to spiritual awakening is the bed-time dream. Here we’re confronted with a “death” confrontation — a no choice scenario but to awaken from that dream. In this situation, we’re required to “push” or birth ourselves out of the cocoon of utter fear, and wow, how exhilarating “the arrival” of the awakening experience. This dream revelation (which is real to us at the time) was necessary in order to consciously face the fear illusion which death poses, but which has no reality basis for experiencing except as experiential sin. In other words, conquering death is a realization born of Higher-Self or Christ consciousness.

If we didn’t awaken from this time-based existence, this material / ego dream, we’ll never know it to be a dream: “hellish existence” would be taken as natural leading to unnatural means of coping. In this regard, life-situations are constantly presenting as “choice of evolution” moments. Lifestyle behaviors, which are alien to our true nature, are constantly challenging us to awaken unto our innate Higher Aspect, gained through meditional techniques. Prior to spiritual awakening, everything that is happening in our life is there through our unwittingly requesting it – through ignorance or, disobedience to the prompts of our own indwelling Christ.

Present Moment

The single most contributing factor to spiritual ignorance — a consciousness paralyzed in time and residual fear — is absence of experiential Present Moment. While the conditioned lower-self ego is at home in the time-based world, such is not the soul’s domain, which is Transcendental – a level of consciousness attained while alive on earth. Therefore, some preparity work is needed to acquaint the physiology and consciousness in timelessness, transcendence, in present moment functioning.

The purpose of time, of course, is to reflect the dream-like scenario in the brain in order that we transcend time or the relativity domain, and, in the process, neutralize previous incarnations’ sin mounds. If there were no time how could we know it’s opposite, timelessness. Time is the dynamic from which each soul must gain its own freedom, and, we do this by birthing a NEW space dimension within: culturing a unifying of diversity consciousness. A level of conscious awareness that encompasses the everything / everybody in Creation. This time / dream dynamic remains our repeating reality only as long as our time-anchored “I” battles to maintain the status quo: a mind needing to be dragged kicking and screaming to the Transformation realm. For, an educated intellect is not the criteria of right or wrong action, rather a transformed cosmically-aware consciousness.

Pineal Gland Meditation – Portal to Bliss

Residual mental / physical tension is the dynamic which holds subconsciousness in place. In creating this NEW space in consciousness, the secret is to first rid the mind of tension / fear: “First seek the Kingdom”. By focusing the awareness between the eyebrows at the Pineal Gland in center of brain, thus the mechanics of tension, which support our deeply-held fears, are demobilized, desensitized – fear / tension becoming exposed to Awareness.

In focusing at the Pineal Gland, the virgin point of our own divinity is penetrated, incubated, thus fertilizing the root seed from which Eternal life emerges — the soul is freed out of Egypt, out of the time / fear / tension hypnosis and into bliss – the Promised Land or Divine Consciousness. Thus, at individual level, the unconditional love nature of our indwelling Christ becomes knowable.

Let us clarify Pineal Gland penetration. As the Pineal Gland is a tiny physical structure in the brain we don’t physically enter into it, rather, our consciousness is recipient of its Bliss Nectar. By way of Kundalini, or life-force rising up from the Base Chakra, it’s the Kundalini which activates the Pineal, out of which eternity consciousness emerges to become our Realized Christ Awareness. Our work is firstly: conscious intention to Kingdom Nature then, commitment to THE PRACTICE: Pineal / Kundalini practice is the matrix through which divine nature is revealed unto consciousness.

The process, while depotentializing deeply rooted time tracks or crystallized sin triggers from automatically replaying non soul-serving mindsets, simultaneously activates the Pituitary Gland. Pituitary Gland activity is needed for Human Growth Hormone production to maintain the physical body, which, among its other vital benefits, the hormone stimulates the immune / nervous system to optimal functioning thereby aid divine nature experiencing. After middle-age the Pituitary reduces HGH output, thus meditation is vital for re-balancing the deficit. Meditation also makes the body-system alkaline from acidic which helps reduce cellular oxidation or premature aging of the organism(s).

New Conditioning

And although, between meditations, the mind / nervous system are again exposed to further conditioning, such is transient, potency is shallow. Any new conditioning becomes integrated in the conscious living moment — not re-sewn, recycled for future mental digestion. In fact, challenges, or negative thought attacks, represent opportunities of establishing greater Self awareness leading to greater bliss levels in our nervous system. Bliss must be lived or acted upon consciously in our daily chores, this is how bliss is made permanent in consciousness:

Enlightened Consciousness

Due to the ego’s death during this interactive Pineal / Base Chakra period, the mind gets to know Transcendental consciousness – think Crucifixion / Resurrection (of consciousness). But remember, Pineal convergence-familiarization takes committed daily practice of bringing the intellect to Pineal focusing. This convergence environment is not taken kindly by the finite mind, even though, paradoxically, mind is being led to what it’s actually searching for – Bliss consciousness. How unwitting is that!

Pineal meditation transcendence also enhances a brain function known as neuroplasticity. This process allows for new neural pathways or nerve connections in the brain to form, thereby enabling development of greater explorational skills into newer frontiers of Creation, beyond our present human capabilities. By way of the brain’s new organizational ability, our cosmically-orientated Pineal consciousness can potentially find ways into previously unimaginable states of creative consciousness. Pineal orientation spiritualizes the neuroplasticity harvest thus “guaranteeing” the fruits of consciousness development are mutually beneficial to both mankind and Planet Christedness (in its reestablishment).

When the inner booster rocket of transcendence is ignited, thus the ignorance gravity field and limiting mind paradigms are conquered: consciousness moves on from base camp level of understanding to Summit Thought – think Star Trek: warp5, (within) Mr Scoty”.

From previously spiritually asleep souls, (biblical’s “son of man” or “natural man”) now, through consciousness development, new frontiers in spiritual evolution are crossed, no longer are we resigned to degenerative or diseased thought patterns. Rather, spiritual man / woman is destined to plow the Higher planes of cosmic consciousness: universes which God has ordained unto each soul.

As a starter to Pineal Gland meditation may I suggest the following breathing technique.

First, (closed eyes and seated with straight spine) breath out fully through the mouth. Then, when breath is exhaled, close the right nostril with thumb and breath in fully through the left nostril. Swiftly then, close left nostril and breath out fully through right nostril. Breath in through right nostril, close right nostril and breath out through left. Repeat this alternating breathing for about five minutes before settling onto gentle Pineal focusing. In practice, the inner gaze may drift upwards. This is fine, but allow this happen naturally, this is transcendence maturation. Do not strain the eyes in this exercise.

Returning to the Bible quotation mentioned at the beginning: “The Apostles (spiritual faculties within the brain) got into the boat (meditation) and went to the other side” (Transcendence).

The Bible is here talking about traversing from left-side brain – egoism logic — to creative, inspirational right-side brain via the boat of transcendence. In this process both the Pineal and Pituitary glands, plus the brain’s twelve Cranial nerves become spiritually active, leading to total brain and optimal organism functioning – consciousness aware in Higher logical perception. Combined with neuroplasticity activity, Pineal meditation presents the brain with “reconfiguration” opportunity, thereby advance out of the present primal five sensory awareness to cognition in multi-sensory cosmic perception.

With this level of expansionary Awareness, Spiritual Realization, that seemingly impossible to overcome sin, or addiction-based lifestyle, no longer looms as the Goliath in our life. Now, just as biblical David, we too have the Pineal White Light Marble to spiritual freedom and Self expression in our spiritual Hearts to once and for all slay the dragon(s) of limitation. Our Pineal Gland runneth over of Enlightened consciousness.
