Beautiful abstract concepts are almost valueless unless we can nail them down practically in our own daily life.

The story of Jesus entering Jerusalem, riding on a donkey and her foal simultaneously, is truly one of those great biblical conundrums: how this double riding feat is achieved, while also considering: Mark 10-32 “Jesus and his disciples were now on the road going up to Jerusalem”.

As we set out examining this amazing parable esoterically, I’m hoping that it becomes obvious that the author of this scripture is not describing or reporting on a physical, historical or a geographical event.

And as we contemplate each section, let us pause repeatedly and check that our spiritual antenna – hearts, minds, inner eyes and ears — are open to practicality, realism and mature understanding. That, this story is not about multitudes of people celebrating a celeb coming to town. The locations referred to in this scripture are symbolism of the human soul in migratory status into higher levels of consciousness.

As the mind becomes established in Awakening consciousness, it becomes insight-fully obvious that terms such as Absolute, Truth, Eternal Now, are states realized through our own Higher Self. Gradually, with emergence of more refined, purer realms of consciousness, Absolute Pure Silence becomes manifest activity, latent dynamism in our every purified perception or, reflection of our own eternal Truth. The soul experience reminding of our rooted existence in God nature, but which status lies dormant within soul awaiting activation.

To this Glorious activation realization, evolution is in place for the sole purpose of individuating Truth: individual souls gaining direct God-contacting ability, thus entry into Kingdom consciousness. We’re each potentiates of the absolute, wired co-creators in-waiting. In realizing this miracle-performing state of consciousness, evolution works ‘speedier’ with refinement of the respiratory system and purification of the physical nervous system into withstanding bliss, achieved simultaneously through deep inner silence.

When the white flag of ego is unwavering on a daily basis, signalling intention to change, then evolution works unequivocally in transforming and enlightening that seeking soul on its wilderness journey into Universal consciousness.

For such Exalted outcome, the Bible addresses its reader in codified fashion for a reason. That we seek the innate Grand Potential tangibly beyond sermonized words, beyond man-made-rhetoric and doctrines, which literal phraseology only succeeds at anchors the mind in vivid story content, thus bogging it down in myriad impractical belief systems. Instead, and crucially, our individual job in life is to actively uncover, demystify Scripture’s hidden meaning and apply such practically through the living wilderness stages of human life, thereby realizing actual spiritual growth. When realized within, the Bible’s guiding influence is lived intuitively and not as memorized tomes of flowery words and religiosity sentiment — which I found had the effect of owning the mind rather than freeing it. Meditation grows inner freedom, it allows us see and hear from the soul, it provide the Revelation insights required for personal spiritual awakening. And while biblical words are wonderfully descriptive and entertainingly story-like in composition, they’re intention is seriously instructional. In this context, each must do his /her own ‘realization’ work. No one else can do this for us..

With this in mind, let us begin esoteric interpretation of Mark 11: 1-14 combining Matthew 21: 2 and John 20: 4.

“As they approached Jerusalem, near the towns of Bethany and Bethphage, they came to the Mount of Olives” –

“Jerusalem” is symbolic of soul awakening, of entering the fourth Chakra, coming upon heart-centered consciousness. ‘As they approached Jerusalem’ signifying, a period before enlightenment: the processes of soul-awakening commences with awareness of separation from natural soul happiness. This is usually when, for the first time, we begin taking positive action in remedying perpetual suffering in our daily life — of lower-self-ruling over higher self. Now, having progressed in purification – expansion of consciousness — and understanding, we’re preparing for a more deepening awakening of spiritual nature through 4th chakra. When the Inner-Christ finally ‘overthrows’ — by integration — the present Patriarchal dominance for Matriarchal standard. The term Jerusalem refers to Uru-Salem meaning, City of Peace.

Bethany — pre-enlightened or carnal state — signifies: “place within /house of dates, or state of misery, affliction” or, unresolved karmic patterns. The evolutionary cross-over bridge or, biblical wilderness, which the human soul undergoes, evolves through in becoming whole, becoming conscious. When capacity of conscious choice, amidst lower-self or carnal mind temptation, is present. The liberating process from the primitive animistic codification, from the cocoon of the collective subconscious addictive thought patterns.

Bethphage is symbolism for “place within /house of unripe figs”: human love perfecting into Divine or cosmic standard for expression as love-ripened, fully seasoned fig nature. Together, Bethany and Bethphage symbolize evolutionary stages of the human soul into alive Kingdom awareness and its subsequent vibratory expression. Bethphage, we could say, is that consciously awake in the wilderness part of consciousness.

To this divinization, a protocol is in place for enabling spiritual awakening, a medium through which ‘in-season’ fig expression is possible all year round. The protocol consists of initial heart-intended decision, followed by adherence to a purification process of the inner faculties such as the nervous system, five senses, and the harmonization of full brain activity, which faculties facilitate reverberation of the seven chakras’ outpouring into consciousness. This latter activity is preceded by the Kundalini awakening travelling upwards, which, on reaching the brain, activates the pituitary gland then the pineal gland chakras. It’s the mixing of these two glands’ essences that form the Third Eye.

This divinely set-up protocol involves nothing less than the conscious partaking of our personal wilderness, our conscious evolution unto our own indwelling Christ-birthing and beyond: which ‘beyond’ also incorporates activity at Spirit level. Such is the vital necessity of daily meditation thereby birthing Spirit nature unto consciousness.

We’re reminded, Jesus rode into Jerusalem from the east. Biblical ‘east’ is referring to the right-side brain, thereby activating the pituitary gland which then activates pineal gland, thus the triggering of our soul unto higher spiritual dimensions.

At this point can it stated, that, the brain itself, left or right side, does not produce happiness, rather, the pineal gland, holy of hollies. As the awakened kundalini moves upwards from its coiled position at the base chakra, up along the spinal column and into the crown pineal chakra, it then more fully awakens all chakras simultaneously.

This process further activates the deeper regions of right-side brain and its latent esoteric or enigmatical content whereby we come upon Self-revealing wisdom for further soul growth. Kundalini progresses from the pituitary gland into the pineal gland — for release of bliss, rapture. The pineal and pituitary glands both lie together, between the two brain hemispheres, and, on awakening, form the Mystical Marriage thus birthing the 3rd Eye. In practical context, entering from the east represents the activity of meditation and post meditation: living life primarily through pineal gland nature. Total brain functioning is the medium through which Higher Self assimilation becomes perceptible to the nervous system, becoming a permanently seated reality, or experience of ever-expanding consciousness. This is when full brain — as opposed to left brain only and its compulsive identification with carnal mind — comes into play, thus spiritual soul discernment.

Symbolically, ‘Mount of Olives’ is said to be ‘place of the skull’, Golgotha, where crucifixion of the dominant left brain or ego takes place in preparation for final ascent unto Mount of Olives or pineal gland Third Eye experiencing. This, then, is the successful raising of consciousness into the New Covenant of Third Eye, pineal gland, Heart-centered existence. Remember, it’s the initial Kundalini awakening at the base of the spine, leading upwards to crucifixion of dominant left brain, that eventually awakens right brain. This then leading to overall mental synchronicity of maximum brain coherence, including the pineal activity of bliss experiencing.

“Jesus sent two of his disciples ahead with these instructions” —

“Jesus” symbolizing our own divinely-encoded conscious awareness on its inward and upward journey of gaining and living Inner-Christ or, ‘Kingdom of heaven’ consciousness. This symbolically is ‘The Way’. The two apostles signify the conscious and subconscious aspect of mind: the natural separation of spiritual nature existing within the psyche, needing unifying. They, the apostles, represent the practicality attaching to individual participation of soul awakening signified by ‘Jesus sent’, meaning, our own intentional desire to inner spiritual knowledge. The two ‘sent ahead’ apostles are not named, but understanding would suggest James and John. This dynamic reflects the perfect inner mechanisms. John representing nearness of intention to Christ, right brain, and, James, representing the initial mental aspect required, both forming an intentional surge to inner unity, to overall spiritual soul harmonization and Ascension.

“Go to the village there ahead of you” —

Other scriptures say: go to village opposite you. This is the scripture, I feel, makes the inner process more comprehensible. ‘Opposite’ is referring to focusing awareness in the opposite direction, inward rather than outward. The village signifies the faculty of intellect, Peter or ego-personality and its unceasing activity with man-made reality and self-identifying. This sporadic left brain living, becomes acutely obvious the moment we close our eyes in preparation for meditation or quite prayer. The conscious mind is immediately confronted by avalanches or ‘multitudes’ of thoughts: menus of thinking options offering all sorts of lower-nature pleasure via the non-purified senses – the ‘den of thieves’ which Jesus, Jerusalem, eventually clears out of the Temple.

“As soon as you get there, you will find a colt tied up that has never been ridden” —

‘there’ meaning, encountering the inner turmoil of scattered mental activity. ‘Tied up’, meaning, due to our mind caught-up in this mental turmoil, spiritual matters become overshadowed, overlooked, denied spiritual oxygen. Thus, our soul is out of view, out of contact with the Temple, meaning, our Christ sunshine is blocked. ‘Unridden colt’ symbolizing the non-disciplined, wandering intellect awaiting a soul-conscious ‘rider’ giving direction for definite spiritual purposes and their manifest expression into consciousness and material life

Let us digress to include a broader version of this same issue scripture, Matthew 21:2

“Go to the village there ahead of you, and at once you will find a donkey tied up with her colt beside her. Untie them and bring them to me” —

Now we have two donkeys. So, this whole donkey-affair consists of one nature birthing into another, or, ego-personality surrendering to meditation in order to come upon Higher Self. It means, a foal /colt ‘birthing’ by means of inner peace initiated by the mature donkey. Therefore, untying, leading to eventual foal birth, takes place within consciousness. “Donkey” is symbolic of peace, the innocence nature required for soul awakening; out of the stubborn, rigidly-set egoic aspect of left brain dominance which is in dire need of taming and breaking-in, spiritually. ‘Donkey’ also has positive aspects such as resilience – beast of burden – and ability of making progress by acute intuition. The two apostles symbolize aspects of consciousness in need release and expansion. The outer donkey is means to inner foal.

With Bethany and Bethphage becoming integrated at Mount of Olives, ego eventually becomes the spiritual off-spring or colt. Lower-self attains Higher realization through you, the ‘Jesus’ awareness. Thus, umbilical cord speaking, ‘foal /colt’ and ‘donkey’ are one and the same. Metaphorically, this is how Jesus rode both animals simultaneously into Jerusalem. Taken together, ‘foal’ and ‘donkey’ symbolize the simultaneous divinity and humanity of each person – innate Oneness amid the seeming chaos.

Resuming Mark Scripture

“untie it and bring it here” —

‘Untie’ our will, intellect and emotions from bondage, the hypnosis of spiritual ignorance functioning. Similar to the parable of five loaves and two fishes, by entering into meditation, the inner spiritual faculties are made free, untied from the drag-influence of the non-purified senses and their compulsion with outer sensual gratification. Thus ‘bring it /them here’ is referring to bringing our scattered intellect, of left brain activity and its crave-desiring nature ‘here’, to stillness and mental silence.

“and If someone asks you what you are doing, tell him that the Master needs it /them and will send it /them back at once” —

‘Master needs it’ — ‘Master’ in this case, practically, is the Pituitary gland, which is the Master gland. This gland or brain chakra is that faculty which ‘needs it’, meaning, needs the rising Kundalini so that it can merge into the pineal gland thus birthing Third Eye or soul-perceiving ability. This union or consummation is known as the Mystical Marriage – pituitary ‘groom’ merging with pineal ‘bride’, Masculine and Feminine aware in each other, as One. The human soul thus in metamorphosis, transmuting consciously unto Spirit nature. Jacob’s nature, we remember, was changed at the pineal, meaning the unredeemed nature of the soul becomes spiritually awakened, realized Mystical Marriage bliss. Now we have achieved direct contact with Spirit.

For direct experience of bliss-consciousness, the ‘Master Pituitary Gland’ needs pure peace and inner calm to facilitate Kundalini rising into it. The Master has no need of a physical donkey per-ce, simply the peace and innocence associated with donkey. Thus, ‘will send it back at once’ meaning, peace /calm and joy is reciprocal, instantaneously returned within consciousness.

Can I digress further to include: John 20: 4 “the two of them were running, but the other disciple ran faster than Peter and reached the tomb first” —

‘Running’ here symbolizes, entering into meditation, entering into the tomb of emptiness, into the silence of the mind /body, the biblical protocol known as the crucifixion, of experiencing purely or, minus the ego baggage. John, here is symbolic of right brain nature or higher love ‘reaching tomb first’, signifying the Immanence of awakening Divinity. That, through initial right brain ‘John’ nature, integration of intellect, lower ego or ‘Peter’, takes place. This, I suggest, is the symbolism in Mark 16-15: “and entering the tomb they saw a young man (the foal) sitting on the right(brain)”.

“So they went and found a colt out in the street, tied to the door of a house” —

‘Went’, signifying the mental process of going into meditation. This quieting of the mind unto peace. Put differently, rather than remaining on the surface sensory level of life, meditation activates perception in Heightened awareness, which ability lies beyond left brain lower ego. Due to being tied to the door — to conditioned emotional behaviour and market place activity — the chaotic unstable intellect, is unable to pass through the door, through the eye of the needle into the soothing, healing and neutralizing calm of Ocean-bed silence, route of spiritual progress becoming personal reality.

“As they were untying it, some of the bystanders asked them, what are you doing untying that colt? They answered just as Jesus had told them and the men let them go” –

‘men’ meaning mental manifestations. The moment the conscious mind enters into silence, fixed thoughts patterns or ‘men’ inevitably enter, which is normal. As practice advances, matures, resistance to mental silence declines, thus is how ‘men’tal activity become as ‘bystanders’, transient. Rather than impediments to meditation progress, coming and going thoughts are ‘watched’ without dealing with them. Such mental activity is subconscious content surfacing for conscious integration, as opposed to suppressing further for future activation. Prevention of upcoming thoughts into awareness keeps the mind on the surface level – unable to sink into deeper soul silence.

“They brought the colt to Jesus” –

‘they’, the two ‘sent ahead apostles’ in neutralizing mental activity were successful in taking the awareness into ‘colt’ innocence which becomes exposed to its own already Mature Christ or Mount nature within awaiting consummation.

“They threw their cloaks over the animal” —

‘Threw their cloaks’ meaning, surrendering attachment of our lower finite nature unto the peace of the inner foal. In expressing trust in the transformation process, righteous acts begin forming the basis of emerging divine consciousness.

A parallel understanding of the donkey is, before spiritual awakening, a person’s seemingly ‘normal’ behaviour is deemed to be at ‘animal’ level of consciousness. At ‘animal’ level, humankind is said to operate from the three lower levels of waking, dreaming and deep sleep consciousness – spiritual ignorance. Thus, through inner awakening, the soul commences its upward journey from these lower levels of evolution into higher realms, and beyond.

“Many people spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches in the fields and spread them on the road” –

‘spreading cloaks on the road’ meaning, having surrendered unto the healing process, our life becomes spiritually orientated. Spreading of cloaks here is humbling of ego, humility unto inner God in prayer demonstrating conviction of Heart. ‘Cut branches in the fields’: The mind (in the field) cuts branches, signifying, in meditation, the deeper mind withdraws association with natural man mind-sets, with lower-self programming. Subconsciously rooted turmoil, anger and fear, causal of inner-outer misery, are cutting away, diminishing as compulsory mental action. ‘Cut branches’ signifying, the mind celebrates, experiences, release from bondage from generational inherited emotional allegiances.

We’re reminded of the woman (soul) who jumped ahead of the market place crowd (thoughts) and in doing so, touched the Cloak of Jesus – His Divinity – which Divinity is present within you. Jesus said: “the power has gone from me”. We touch our own Divinity or Cloak through ‘branch-cutting’ in meditation.

“The people who were in front, and those who followed behind began to shout “Praise God! –

‘people’ symbolizing the multitudes of present and generational incurred thought patterns. All are now in the same boat of unconditional forgiveness through integration. All are now on the same glorious love-tide rising upwardly unto Unity. A release of sanctifying light is taking place in the spiritual Heart, facilitating expurgation of subconsciousness. Our Heart in joyous praising mode celebrating the unity of Life within.

“God bless him who comes in the name of the Lord” –

As the mind transcends, or enters into a higher state of consciousness, the human soul is drawn upwards, comes under the influence of Name or Nature of the Higher Power — Divinity vibrating as our own Being.

“God bless the coming kingdom of King David, our father! Praise God!” —

Having gained transcendental or experiential expanding consciousness, the soul becomes ‘conscience’ aware of moral and immoral — synchronized with all the laws of nature, and beyond. By ‘beyond’ is meant: given that we’re made in God’s image /likeness, then the question arises, what level of purity has our soul gained qualifying us as ‘hands-on’ co-creators and co-maintainers of the cosmos. The question is answered in the following line.

“Jesus entered Jerusalem, went into the Temple, and looked around at everything” —

As ordinary human consciousness develops, divine awareness comes gradually and then sharply into focus. This level of awareness permeates the trichotomy of mind /body /soul, bringing healing to every aspect – Divinity blossoms. The inner mechanisms of brain, 5 senses, 12 Cranial nerves, spine and chakras — all of which have been set up for the sole purpose of our soul evolving into ‘beyond’ through Now — are now experiencing Heightened standard. Thus, ‘Jesus went into the Temple and looked around at everything’, signifying instantaneous Light or Higher consciousness expansion into every atom /cell of our body, into every corner and crevice of human awareness for growth in Higher Potential development.

“But since it was already late in the day, he went out to Bethany with the twelve disciples” –

‘late in the day’, since the mind was advanced in combined meditation and ‘in the wilderness’ stages, healing spreads to the inner suffering Bethany – the asleep nature of the 12 apostles. ‘Jesus went with the apostles to Bethany’, in other words, after their initial separation through spiritual ignorance, the 12 apostles are coming together, unifying. In conjunction with our meditative practice, the conscious phase of ‘wilderness’ living has served its purpose of becoming soul fruit bearing. This unifying allows for pure contact with the Mount of Olives, the pineal gland, source of love, peace and happiness. As ego begins losing its generational dominance, a sense of sheer joy and happiness flows. On gaining lower emotional and mental freedom, a surge of bliss, of pineal-nectar permeates our conscious-entirety – as above so below.

The benefit of this healing miracle is further acknowledged in this next and final scripture: Mark 11: 1–14

“The next day, as they were coming back from Bethany, Jesus was hungry. He saw in the distance a fig-tree covered with leaves, so he went over to see if he could find any figs on it. But when he came to it, he found only leaves, because it was not the right time for figs. Jesus said to the fig-tree, ‘no one shall ever eat figs from you again! And his disciples heard him.”

“and his disciples heard him” meaning, the inner mechanisms began awakening spiritually. Often referred to as ‘Jesus curses the fig-tree’. ‘Curses’ is symbolism for command over our thought processes: a positive soul decision based on inner strength or soul conviction. ‘The next day’ signifying a period of spiritual growth. ‘Saw in the distance’ meaning, pure inner perception. Thus, having gained spiritual awakening from the soul-asleep experience – Bethany – the mind now has ability of conscious command over thought and emotion. If something is non-soul serving, we have the power of making conscious choice, take command action. Thus, ‘Jesus was hungry’, meaning, inner You is in need of daily meditation, which practice rids of subconscious, soul-destroying addictive thought patterns.

Due to left /right brain harmonization, we’ve evolved into a higher state of consciousness. Our inner networking’s are spiritually synchronized, functioning morally through ethically developed conscience. On entering and awakening right-side brain, and subsequent pineal gland’s ‘milk and honey’ outpouring, the bigger and vital picture of inner Jerusalem’s awakening is revealed. Cain befriends Abel, soul befriends wilderness, mind befriends Heart, as one unified Promised Land consciousness.

Conclusion summary, the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, on the foal of a donkey, to the encores of multiple praising people, in essence describes the practical process of the human soul transitioning from lower nature into higher joyous nature. By conscious application of learned lessons from our wilderness traversing, the River Jordan has been successfully crossed. Alleluia!

In the Bible, Pontius Pilate (the Roman governor) found no wrongdoing with Jesus. Jesus was then sent to Herod who also found nothing wrong with what he did or preached. Finally, Pilate asked the people, “What shall he do with Jesus,” and they replied, “Crucify him! Crucify him!” The “him” being referred to isthe son of man, or the non-integrated ego, further implying the fruits of the binding influence of spiritual ignorance.

Thus, the statement “Crucify him” is not about crucifying a physical person, but rather about crucifying the duality nature inherent in the human psyche (generationally). It represents the causal separation from God at the individual level. In addition, “Crucify him!” means integrating duality, or the lower nature with the higher. Prior to integration, this life dynamic governs individual life. Hence the termRoman governor represents the dialogue patterns of sub-conscious conditioning. “Crucify him!” is also referring to crucify theson of man, the emotional attachment to this residual conditioning, and to the fruits of the material world, and to uninterrupted mental activity. Son of man is symbolic for evolution out of the material world of delusion, and into soul re-Membering, or divine consciousness! Thus, when our Herod nature, the ruler of this lower ego, is crucified, we come upon Son of God status, or the Light of the purified soul.

Consider: it was the Roman soldiers that nailed Jesus to the cross. Roman soldiers symbolize being compelled to sin prior to integration, which is simply the experiential level of separation. Due to its stifling of free will, this sub-conscious law denies the direct experience of the divine nature. In denying such, ascension out of duality is thwarted, thus prolonging suffering. The nailing of hands and feet symbolize the inability of the divine expression of the mind-body, or the inability of the mind to perceive true spirituality. The Crown of Thorns symbolize victory over both of these limitations, and the forehead Blood represents the flow of Christ-consciousness.

What is ‘the Cross’ and why take it up and follow Me?

Gal 3:19 states:”What then was the purpose of the law? It was added in order to show what wrongdoing is”.

The cross itself (as separate from the crucifixion) symbolizes the horizontal and vertical planes of existence. The horizontal plane represents duality or biblical wrongdoing, while the vertical plane represents divine will and harmony. It’s this life in duality that we need to focus attention on. We need to constantly reflect. This is the spiritual homework assignment we all must be engaged in. When we do so, we embark upon the vertical plane, our highest spiritual nature.

The opposite of love is duality which is rooted in fear and which represents the perishable as opposed to imperishable love or absolute existence. But this duality is there by divine design. It exist to teach us vital lessons so that we may experience soul growth. We spiritually evolve so that we may consciously recognize individual wrongdoing, and thereby take up our cross and align our soul to the vertical path of life. Duality is the medium through which the human soul must awaken. This is when the “follow Me” part of biblical instruction is achieved.

In practical terms, it’s the psychological networking of the enslaved lower human nature that is taken up – rendered harmless to spiritual growth. In other words, sub-conscious activity is neutralized through conscious expansion. Prior to soul-freeing, the conscious mind was rendered powerless in regards to the intensity of negative thought patterns.

To make sub-conscious integration more conceptually grasping, think about a volcano erupting into the sky; in human terms, it’s the upheaval of submerged emotional thought patterns into conscious awareness. When deep-rooted mind-sets get thrown upwards for conscious reflection, they eventually become integrated. This is how the mind returns to fullness stature; the soul freed into knowing its true unbounded nature. When horizontal and vertical become ONE, as divine consciousness, then you have the lamb lying down with the wolf.

Gal 3:23 states:

“Before the time for faith come, the law (binding influence of lower nature)kept us all locked up as prisoners until the coming faith shall be revealed”. This means that prior to transcendental awareness, the law is unyielding.

Also, Col 2:14-15: “he cancelled the unfavourable record of our debts with its binding rules, and did away with it completely by nailing it to the Cross (by knowing duality thus do we transcend it). And from that cross (duality) freed himself from the power of the spiritual rulers and authorities” (freed from the binding laws, from the hostage-taking nature of the subconscious authority, perpetrator of individual and global sin). This scripture is telling us: bring the inner Vertical light to rid the horizontal darkness or soul slumbering.

We may remember also, when the biblical tombstone was rolled back, the apostles reported the tomb (the mind / body) empty, empty of sub-conscious nature, meaning the mind-body dynamic was purified into Ascension consciousness. Jesus, we read, then appeared to his disciples (our own purified consciousness).

The disciples are symbolic of inner-body mechanisms known as the 12 cranial nerves. These cranial nerves are responsible for every human activity, to include spiritual development. Thus the disciples are workers serving the body-soul dynamic into coming upon the inner Christ, thereby enabling God-consciousness realization. With the cranial nerves becoming purified, consciousness is empowered in perceiving spiritually, experience transcendentally. Thus, awakening these Manna-distributing channels are vital for soul nourishment and overall development of physical and spiritual well-being.

And while the physical body is a creation of the universal life-force, the soul’s Core Flame is not. An aspect of eternal God, the soul’s Essence enters the body. The soul, therefore, being the conduit of God-nature experiencing, and having entered the body, awaits awakening into spiritual nature by means of conscious contact with the universal life-force or kundalini located at the base of the spine. It is this conscious contact – in the coccyx area of the spinal column – which ignites the kundalini, leading to awakening of the soul’s higher spiritual dimensions in the brain.

Duality – means of Unity.

Duality therefore constitutes the law of opposites: good, bad, love, hate, right, wrong, and so on. Think, Noah’s Ark (individual human mind) and the two of everything taken into it – symbolism of duality content. The Ark, we remember, came to rest on a Mount, meaning, the mind in meditation transcends duality and settles into Higher Self, into Bliss-consciousness. By entering the body/mind meditationally, the mind eventually transcends its limitation and false identity, becomes drawn to Truth, soul-consciousness and unbounded awareness.

Gal 3-25 puts it: “Now that the time for faith (transcendental consciousness) is here(direct experience), the Law is no longer in charge of us”. Again, by entering meditationally into the body / duality, the mind gets to experience transcendentally, gets to know that which neutralizes the law, knowing which, similar to Noah’s Ark, the mind comes upon Mount or Unity consciousness, highest level of human evolution.

Jesus puts it John 2:19:”I will knock this temple down(duality nature) and rebuild it in three days”- 3 symbolizing Unity, and days, period of transforming consciousness. In other words, Christ within is utterly victories in neutralizing the structure and nature of sub-conscious experiencing – patterns which keep our life prisoner to the false prophet, to the erring, duality-composed mind.

Similar to faith-consciousness, attaining Unity is not an exercise of memory referencing and intellectualizing of scriptures only. No, Unity, like our beautiful sun is always in place, and, presents as Sunshine when a gap in the clouds appear. Similarly, when a gap in our thought cycle appears, Unity becomes experiential. By regularly expanding the thought-gap, expanding stillness and silence tolerance in the mind, the Sun or Unity awareness becomes as ever-present bliss-consciousness.

As duality nature and sub-conscious content conspire at forming human consciousness – that which maintains lower human nature – thus, unwittingly, through spiritual ignorance, do we create the very conditions for the purpose of transmuting such consciously. Here, Matthew 16:18 reassures us: “The gates of hell (lower nature) shall not prevail against it” (Christ-consciousness) and, again, Mathew 28:20 “lo, I am with you always even unto the ends of the world” (end of duality, lower nature and subconsciousness).

Jesus carrying the cross through public streets, with soldiers whipping and driving him on, symbolizes the choice-less dynamic, prior to spiritual awakening, of sub-conscious content in our daily life. Jesus fell 3-times – 3 symbolizing Divinity – meaning, we have each fallen from Divinity by means of this inherited duality / lower nature. But, then, this is why we came to planet earth: to consciously transcend such, thereby knowing Higher states of consciousness.

Reality of Existence

The reality of our existence is two-fold: we’re both relative and absolute simultaneously. But in the early stages of spiritual development, individual consciousness is aware only in the relative-duality, and non-aware in Absolute-Unity status. This is because, at nervous system level, a medium of experiencing higher consciousness has not been set-up – the biblical veil has not been rented.

In other words, prior to Self-realization the human nervous system functions in mono or duality awareness only; the nervous system is reflecting only what is set-up, reflecting only what has been cultured into it. Thus, for the nervous system to have any experience, there must be a corresponding experience in place, a reflective dynamic capable of knowing simultaneous consciousnesses. In this context, to experience Unity or transcendental nature, the nervous system needs to be cultured into withstanding such. We cannot arrive at higher states of consciousness by an act of will or imposed belief systems. In achieving higher states of consciousness, a practical means of inner culturing is required; a process that involves natural harmonization of left-side and right-side brain. This full brain encountering enables the knowing and retention of both eternal unity and relative duality consciousness simultaneously.

Alternating between transcendental silence in meditation and worldly activity after meditation, over time transforms the nervous system / brain whereby simultaneous-knowing capacity of absolute and relative / duality is maintained – human life remaining permanently under Higher Self guidance while still in the relative world. In arriving at simultaneous consciousness capacity, thus eternal status is validated. When both aspects of our existence co-exist as a Whole, making the kingdom of heaven within a conscious reality: experiential beyond dogma, doctrine and belief systems.

Total Potentiality

Each soul in essence is a hieroglyph of Eternal Spirit, of the Kingdom of Heaven. The knowing of such Essence is through the physical body, in particular, the intellect. In bringing the intellect to convergence, to point awareness between the eyebrows in meditation, the intellect, emotions, senses and will, each become Essence aligned, cosmically firing, made Resolute. Such is when set-up in the brain / nervous system allows for Total Potentiality or Infinite Intelligence become conscious reality, becomes established brain-nervous system consciousness – Awareness rooted permanently in Divine Essence, in Vertical Will.

Such is what makes understanding the following scripture so absolutely vital: John 12:32 “and I,(human intellect, emotion, senses and will) if I be lifted up from this earth (ascension out of duality, lower world, lifted from ordinary human consciousness) shall draw all men (manifestations of balanced emotions and soul-centered decision making) unto me” (unto Divine Consciousness).

As we can see, prior to spiritual awakening, we’re each as spiritually dead, in need of ‘lift up’ – unaware of our inherent absolute status. Due to this spiritual death, individual inner Christ or Higher Self remains temporarily out of Commission, buried by accumulations of non-neutralized lower-self energy patterns. Thus the buried Christ referred to in scripture is not referring to a historical person, but to our own Christ within awaiting Resurrection into our consciousness.

So, finally, let us establish exactly what “take up thy cross” IS NOT. It’s not two beams of wood on our shoulder or on anyone else’s shoulder. Nor is it about enduring some life-situation heroically in order to please God. Not at all. And although maybe conditioned by literal Bible interpretation into thinking this way, this scripture is not remotely relating to either of these two examples.

In conclusion,

“And I myself will send upon you what my father has promised(our own indwelling Christ). But you must wait in the City(meditate, transformation of human consciousness)until the power from above (Divine Light)comes down upon you(our soul awakening)”Luke 24-49

Awakening spiritually is intuitive, a prompt of soul to higher states of consciousness, out of the limited ego-self. This angelic prompt usually takes the form of seeking inner peace by natural means. Commencing upon a personal inner awakening journey, of heeding the propelling whispers to inner calm, stillness and silence, is a most wonderfully joyous and life-transforming occasion. It marks the beginning of our eternal voyage into the Pure Heart of God-Nature: A Glorious calling to Blessed-Consciousness.

The answer to the forbidden fruits lies within esoteric interpretation of Genesis 2:16-17 “the tree of the knowledge of the fruits of good and evil” and, “the tree of life”. The symbolism behind the word “tree” is that every tree has a root system which receives nourishment, which then serves the overall tree. Thus esoterically “the tree of the knowledge of the fruits of good and evil” and “the tree of life” is that both trees’ roots can potentially serve the consciousness, one either of soul-serving nature and the other non-soul serving. In other words, the fruits of one will bind, cling to our consciousness, while the other, the tree of life, will free or purify the consciousness rendering our actions non-binding. Therefore, it’s the nature-quality of the particular root – the mind / nervous system – which determines the spiritual quality of the fruit encountered and experienced within the mind / physiology. Thus the tree-root saturated in meditative silence-stillness is automatically infused of divine nature, Bliss or pure peace. Conversely, the root or mind not meditatively engaged – in some soul-connecting inner dynamic — is solely surviving on the fruits which cling, bind, therefore not in harmony with divine consciousness.

What specifically are the forbidden fruits?

The forbidden fruits are every sensory / mental action performed or experienced through spiritual ignorance — while still emotionally attached to the objective phenomenal world as our true reality. By this illusory reality — the opposite of our true reality — we come under the dominance of the laws of nature also known as the law of cause and effect “as ye sow, so shall ye reap”. Here the conscious mind and five senses remain identified solely with automatically recurring sub-conscious programming. The fruits are forbidden because they bind the mind and body to activity, to mind-sets not in harmony with divine law, thereby making the mind a virtual prisoner to automatic or unconscious behaviour. And is why Jesus said “bring (in meditation) the five loaves (five senses) and two fish (two spiritual glands in the brain) to him (purification silence)”.

Through attachment and identification with this inherited sub-conscious conditioning, the mind fails to appreciate and reflect its own divine nature – bliss-consciousness. Such is how, by perpetual overshadowing of the inner “tree of life”, spiritual ignorance continues unabated leaving sub-conscious activity to repeat automatically. Due to this born-into non-spiritually awakened level of consciousness, the forbidden fruits are carried on through what’s called the lower-self or lower-ego.

From the effects perspective, the forbidden fruits are subliminal thought waves produced from a level of consciousness that is not spiritually developed, not cosmically or universally attuned. Whereas thought-experiencing through the tree of life reflects the awakened soul, a soul rooted and vibrating in cosmic consciousness.

Maturing through life experiences, it becomes obvious that right action cannot be determined through this erring, lower-ego, conditioned mind. That there must be another element of our existence not yet being inner experienced.

So, the question arises: how is the difference between right and wrong activity discerned, what is the criteria of right action? (action in accordance with divine nature).

From the soul’s perspective, right action is determined transcendentally. Through daily meditation, purification of lower-ego takes place which enables the mind automatically be in harmony with right action, with the cosmic laws of natural evolution, the will of God, and not shackled to the binding influence of the fruits of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, to perpetual sin-nature. Through Higher Self connectivity, compassion and unconditional love — in how we’re hearing and seeing others’ spiritual ignorance – are experienced more deeply in our daily encounters,

Only One Tree

In reality there is only one tree, for the root of the tree of the fruits of good and evil becomes transformed into the tree of life. Thus the tree of life was always present as Potential consciousness, with its realization the goal-purpose of individual life. Transforming the root of the “good and evil” leads to direct knowing of the tree of eternal life.

Because the forbidden fruits need integration into consciousness, made neutral, its first necessary to go through the experience, thereby make a conscious choice to divinity – tree of life — which nature resides within our consciousness.

It is only after experiencing a period of sin-fruit nature, that we get to make an actual decision. A conscious choice regards the inherited conditioning thereby grow out of this spiritual ignorance into higher spiritual awareness. By growth is meant purification of the inner systems through which the lower-self uses for its experiences, thereby maintain its illusory status as real. The lower-self in practical terms is an accumulation of mental impurities and lived out through the impure nervous system, five senses, conditioned ego and the 12 cranial nerves in the brain. All of which, while spiritually asleep, are responsible for maintaining the forbidden fruits in the mind and the physiology. This brings about decaying or corrosion of spiritual well-being thus making experience of the tree of life almost impossible. Hence the need of meditation – or some inner awakening program — thereby do these inner mechanisms become spiritually realigned.

At practical level, the forbidden fruits are addictive thought patterns which bind the mind / body structures to inappropriate or wrong life-style choices. And because of their impure status are refused entry into the kingdom of heaven consciousness within. But that, after purification or consciousness transformation, mind-awareness becomes rooted in the tree of life – eternal pure nature.

Therefore, the tree of life and the tree of good and evil can be understood as lower-self and Higher Self, similar to biblical Cain and Abel. In other words, we entered this world as lower-self and, due to non-awakened soul nature or impure consciousness, were incapable of “eating” — experiencing — from the tree of life, and, in the process, lower-self, Cain, smothered our own Higher Self, Abel.

Thus, it’s the spiritual vibration of the root, the mind, which determines the quality of our life – harmony or disharmony, suffering or bliss, ignorance of God or spiritual awareness. Through spiritual practices such as meditation, Yoga and other established mind-centring techniques, the tree of the forbidden fruits become integrated, transformed into the tree of eternal life.

Through such integration of sub-conscious content, these same forbidden fruits present no further problem in daily life, for they are no longer forbidden. Thus, “Heaven and earth (all of creation) are full of thy glory”. In other words, we’re free to enjoy all of creation through our awakened soul nature, free from the binding influence of all forbidden fruit’s activity.

We’re all fairly familiar with Hebrews 4-4 “God Rested On the Seventh Day from all His Work”, and a few lines down: Hebrews 4–10 “For whoever receives that rest which God promised will rest from his own work, just as God rested from his. And in Hebrews 3–11 “God became angry”. Let us explore these three seemingly straight forward scriptures for their hidden message.

Seventh Day Consciousness

In Hebrews 4-4 God rested is meaning rested within the seventh state of consciousness, and not on a particular day of the week. In scriptural terms, a Day is neither Monday, Tuesday or Sunday. A day represents a level of spiritual consciousness.

There are seven states or layers of consciousness: waking, dreaming, deep sleep, transcendental, cosmic, God and unity consciousness. Seventh Day (consciousness) is experienced within the seventh seal mentioned in Rev 8-1. This Seal or Day is located in the brain and it is called the pineal gland. During meditation human consciousness transforms into Seventh Day Divine consciousness.

Scriptural “Day” therefore is a level of consciousness, and rested on 7th Day is resting within the seventh chakra at the top of the spine in the brain. Seven symbolizes unity. Therefore, Seventh or Unity Consciousness is to be found at the Seventh chakra or Seventh seal, when such chakra is opened by the flow of kundalini from the base of the spine in meditation or through other well established Yoga practices.

As we said, there are seven chakras, each representing a level of consciousness. The highest human level is Seventh Day consciousness or transcendental Unity Consciousness.

Overall, Hebrews 4-4 is informing where eternal God-nature is located, rested, and how we may come upon it — which is through the mind. In other words, individual awareness first proceeds inwards into the mind, into the body, in order to transcend this material plane and arrive at Seventh Day awareness.

In practical terms, the mind becomes the vehicle through which we transcend and which, on return, is infused of divine nature. The tiny conscious mind thus has expanded into becoming the fully conscious mind thereby freeing the sub-conscious element of generational conditioning. It’s these previous lives which are responsible for our constantly coming back to this earth plane. Thus, our work in this incarnation is to gain transcendental consciousness first, thereby do we defeat death, or sin, and gain eternal unbounded status. The Bible puts it:”if there be one just man (one awakened life journey) I will save the city (transform the mind)”. In other words, all we need to achieve is one conscious, Higher-Self integrated lifetime. Similarly, “First seek ye the Kingdom and all else will be added unto consciousness… “

Rest, Angry, Solemn Promise, Going Beyond Creation

Referred to in Hebrews 3–11 as “Solemn Promise” this term is referring to the laws of nature responsible for the entire manifest creation. As divine Consciousness is transcendental, such Exalted state therefore lies beyond manifest creation thus, “Rest” in Hebrews 4-10 refers to transformational Christ consciousness. At Rest-Consciousness mind-body transcend, go beyond the entire creation of individuality (rested from his work Hebrews 4–4). Because the mind transcends creation in meditation, it ceases to be an individual conscious mind. Individuality is suspended during “Rest” or transcendence — even the aging process — to facilitate expansion, purification, transformation. When the mind comes back after meditation, individuality returns endowed of eternal consciousness. Thus “Promised Rest” in Hebrews 4-10 is referring to “undergoing” transformation from the effects of the “Solemn Promise”, the established cosmic laws, the unchangeable governance of nature: “as we sow, so shall we reap” – the law of cause and effect which rules over each of us without favoritism.

Therefore, “rested from his work” is going beyond creation, beyond the grip of karma, beyond the laws of nature responsible for creation, maintenance and dissolution of everything in creation – going to where eternal nature becomes inner perceptible. In going beyond creation, in culturing the mind transcendentally, such is how re-birthing on this plane of suffering consciousness is conquered. Thus, it’s not the events of our life which are deemed suffering, rather the activities carried out while in spiritual ignorance.

In Hebrews 4-3 God said: “I was angry and made a solemn promise: they (our non-purified thoughts actions and emotions) will never enter the land (transcendental consciousness) where I would have given them rest (eternal transformation)”. Now, God, as we all know, does not get angry. “Angry” here is symbolism for a level of inner disunity, disharmony resulting from previous misuse of the cosmic laws “as ye sow, so shall ye reap”. “Angry”, meaning, a mind not attuned cosmically, therefore, could not obey His commands, obey the impulses of divine intelligence in our previous lives, symbolized by the word ancestors. We were stubborn, meaning incapable of soul-hearing or pure silence-knowing, therefore incapable of making spiritual progress. Due to this perpetual psychic sleep state, we were incapable of obeying divine instruction which was to be in harmony with the established cosmic laws, appointed by God. Where the insight-impulses of our own soul would echo audibly and distinguishable above the droning reverberations of societal rituals, hardened tribalism and corporate deceit conditioning.

‘Promised Rest’ is similar to Moses and the Promised Land – promised, meaning, innately present, was always there and, Land, meaning, consciousness or spiritual awareness. Thus, divine consciousness already lies within each of us awaiting direct realization. In refusing to establish conscious contact with Divine Potential, then, through such spiritual ignorance, our life is governed by its opposite, sin, which means continued separation from God which is termed suffering.

Remember, man-made rituals can never free us from sin, which is carried out transcendentally. At best ritual may temporarily ease our social conscience, where we stop stoning ourselves. Thus, “Rested” means transformation from the mountain of buried sin awaiting redemption, forgiveness, purification.

Once initiated, transformation is automatic, when no repeating sin-nature can reach to control the mind again. For, at this stage of Rest consciousness, all our actions and intentions will be spiritually harmonized. All future activity becomes based on conscious choice through pure intellect, and not unconsciously recurring as was the situation previously.

Thus we can say that God is resting – to be found — within the 7th chakra state of consciousness awaiting kundalini’s upward flow from the base of the spine to awaken all the in between chakras, culminating at the pineal gland — 7th chakra — in the center of the brain.

Humankind is acknowledged as the crowning jewel of God’s creation: the only creature made in the image and likeness of God-nature. This is by virtue of the fact that, man can Self realize individually, whereas animals cannot.

Col 1:19 puts it “For it was by God’s own decision that the Son (Christ within) has in himself the full nature of God”.

This scripture makes it abundantly clear that, humankind is indeed made in the image and likeness of God, and, more specifically, with full potential for expression of image and likeness.

But two vital questions remain. How is the immensity of God’s full nature accommodated physically in humans, and through what mechanisms?

Let us attempt at unraveling both these intriguing questions.

When we say, God is love and that, God loves us, many cling to an intellectual concept that because God loves us, everything is fine, and that, we do not then have anything further to do regards knowing His love. In settling for intellectual concepts or belief systems, deep down we’re making God responsible for the knowing of our own indwelling image of God nature. The reality is, knowing God is a personal decision — an act of will — where, we choose either handing our lives over to God fully, or choose remaining intellectual on God, in other words, remaining on the side-line of non-commitment to the work required for knowing His image or nature.

And, while positive, intellectualizing only of biblical words can also lead to rigid belief systems, which we feel will reunite us into image and likeness. But intellectual knowledge does not alter the state of the soul, does not bring God-nature or divine consciousness to us. The Bible in essence is instructional and not a collection of belief systems to be learned and verbalized over and over. Ideally, biblical phrases require translation from their literal presentation to esoteric or hidden meaning, thereby making the wonderful scriptures relatable and practical in carrying-out. In the absence of proper translations, we’re inclined to form our own understanding, or relate to other’s views which tend binding us even further to non-soul serving belief systems.

Making A Start

Let us consider a single raindrop. The raindrop is potential awaiting ocean-realization, in that, it exists as ocean-nature but has not realized this. To evolve from ocean-ignorance into direct ocean experiencing, the sun evaporates the raindrop into a cloud, where it eventually localizes to form an individual raindrop, when it then falls back into the ocean to become fully realized in ocean-nature. And, while still in the cloud awaiting unity with ocean, the raindrop still retained all the qualities of ocean.

Similarly, a room full of precious wealth, which no one knows is there, is valueless until an awareness or consciousness enters the room.

An analogy I love, is the younger of the two prodigal sons. The younger one asked the father for his inheritance of the estate (the kingdom of heaven) before setting out in becoming spiritually lost in the material world, and the ensuing transformational journey back to the father. Similar to the raindrop’s ocean potential, the younger son’s inheritance was, of course, full image and likeness of the father’s status. In other words, all the qualities, nature and potential of the kingdom of heaven.

With this in mind, each soul thus is an individuated aspect of God, eteranal Spirit, and, as such is not made, but that it’s the body which is made, or created. For, similar to Spirit, the soul always is, was and always will be. And, gloriously, in making the human body, God genetically encoded humankind with mechanisms whereby we can each come upon His image and likeness nature.

God operates the cosmos through the innumerable laws of Nature. Through impulses beyond ordinary human perception — biblically put, the Will of God. God carries out the daily functioning order of the cosmos in perfect synchronization and harmony. Therefore, the status of God, and the multiple intricacies of His operational nature and capacity, is beyond human comprehension. And, while the human mind cannot comprehend such multiple permutations of laws, God counteracts this by providing the ability of attuning our consciousness with all the laws of Nature, with the cosmic impulses, without having to comprehend the mechanics of the innumerable laws of Nature.

Moving Beyond — Taking Action

Action purifies, thus, for any realizable evaluation of image and likeness of God, the position has to move beyond merely reading and verbalizing on it into implementation — of taking action — particularly with regards Genesis 1:1″in the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God”. Without action, nothing changes. By these words, esoteric understanding reveal that, we can enter into direct experiencing of God nature within consciousness.

Let us briefly evaluate Genesis 1:1 and how, by directly experiencing “the Word”, we’re fulfilling this wonderful scripture perfectly. The Word, which is a title referencing vibrational Aum — the sound of creation — is the triggering means-sound of the genetic encoding by which human consciousness gets to know or experience God-consciousness. Therefore, at practical level, image and likeness has to do with the after-effects, the reverberation qualities and resonances of this cosmic Word’s vibrational value in our consciousness. In other words, the sound of Aum resonating in the brain, fires vibration into action, thereby is cosmic nature triggered as a direct experience within consciousness.

Direct experiencing of Aum’s impulses or resonances, reveals that, we’re each a microcosm of the Whole — Potentiates of Divine Nature with creative intelligence of all possibilities. Vibration, thus, is the starting point of fulfilling the soul’s quest for spiritual evolution into conscious harmony and peace – a life of full integration with Divinity. In achieving such, we’re each provided with the mechanisms and channels, and also, as mentioned, with impulse-encoding for knowing His nature directly, for making His Reality our soul’s conscious Reality.

Let us look at the mechanisms or channels through which vibrational Aum is transported throughout the body.

The Human Nervous system

Imagine viewing beautiful scenery through mist-covered spectacles or radio orchestral music tuned between stations, or touching over well-crafted furniture or porcelain with gloves on. This is like how an impure nervous system experiences.

Obviously, this not a medical overview on the nervous system, but a graphic to help internalize the spiritual channels through which Being or Life expresses and reflects. Breaking it into component parts: the body is an extension of the nervous system, which is an extension of the brain, which is an extension of the mind, consciousness or soul, which is an extension of God. These basically are what constitute the physical elements which function to maintain the human body. These advance systems of creation — and their spiritual potential — are what sets humankind apart from every other species in creation. It’s through the brain / nervous system that consciousness vibrates, which vibration, when transcendentally experienced, equates as Divine nature.

As mentioned earlier, intellectualizing only on scriptural image and likeness has to move to another level, into active participation of directly knowing His nature. This other level — of purely knowing — is achieved through refinement of the nervous system, the intended method of the body’s Creator. The nervous system needs to be made a reflective system, capable of withstanding His nature, of directly experiencing image and likeness beyond words and belief systems.

Being the most advance among the species, the nervous system is the seat of consciousness, seat of the soul, or Self, and, soul or Self existence is only in present time. When refined, or made pure, the nervous system reflects His form as expanded awareness, harmony, peace, creativity, in the form of bliss-consciousness – biblically, Light of God. Genesis puts it “God said, let there be Light (let there be divine consciousness).” Thus, to be enlightened means to be divinely conscious, and to be fully enlightened is to be fully awake in His consciousness as our normative standard of living.

God-nature cannot be experienced through a lesser state, thus the human nervous system needs to be re-calibrated, restructured to channel His nature. It’s through the human dynamic that divine consciousness gets to know itself, and, by this covenant, reciprocally, humankind gets to know God. In other words, while God is experiencing His form through the individual consciousness, thus humankind directly experiencing His nature through our own spiritually developing form. As the forms are one and the same, so too the creative ability and manifestations, but just to scale.

Continuous flow of spiritual nature, of natural happiness through the nervous system, is how His form or image becomes imbibed as permanent consciousness. Thus, establishing Divinity within is achieved by culturing the nervous system to withstand ever-deepening bliss-consciousness. In other words, for the mind to have an experience, there must be a corresponding set-up or state within the nervous system. Therefore, by culturing or acclimatizing the nervous system in this manor, image and likeness becomes directly experienced and sustained – consolidated by activity congruent with this nature in our daily life.

Self-realization, or realization of our true eternal nature, is the purpose and goal of each soul, but that the Goal is already in place, we do not create it. Realization of Self – eternal soul — is all that we need concern ourselves with. Each of us is already eternal Self and, as eternal Self or eternal Being, man / woman is inherently Divine Consciousness Itself. We are each the Awareness and not the container of awareness, nor the container of consciousness. We’re each already unbounded consciousness. That, by means of the nervous system, and vibrating Aum in the brain, we can move beyond the limited boundaries of time and space, into knowing omnipotent consciousness — in other words, from singularity to unbounded awareness..

But how is unboundedness Actualized?

Transcendence and Silence

Col 2:3 puts it “Christ (pure silence) is the key which opens all the hidden treasures of God’s wisdom and knowledge”.

Again, from this scripture, we conclude that humankind is Potential awaiting direct realization as image and likeness consciousness.

Some years ago, I intended running a full Marathon — 26 miles or 40k. But, it soon became apparent that, in order to fulfill this aspiration, much training along miles of cold, wet and windy roads, was required, both by days and nights. Happily, I completed the training task and went on to complete, not one, but three full Marathons. The point being made is, with meditation, we have to put in the training, which means, regular seated sessions of acclimatizing the mind-senses, nervous system and physiology to withstand the inflow of bliss into the system, but, which we can agree, is more enjoyable and less strenuous than Marathon training.

Some hold to the view that, once we believe in God and read the scriptures then that’s all we have to do spiritually speaking. While, of course, this level of belief is truly positive, but, at soul level, it’s really an intention awaiting action on our part — similar to my Marathon quest. Developing such belief or faith requires inner activity and outer action. This inner activity, being the process of gaining subtler and finer levels of silence, is when purification and integration of non-soul serving mind-sets take place, and the outer action, is, expressing such as our normative living standard.

Usually we refer to two forms of silence: outer environmental silence and silence experienced by the absence of mental activity — achieved in meditation. The reason meditational silence is vital is that, this silence leads to transcendence. And, transcendence is vital, for such is when the awareness rises above ego and beyond ordinary silence, as we enter into an altered state of consciousness – into the Light of God.

Matthew 23:12 puts it beautifully: he who exalts himself (unbowed ego) will be humbled, but he who humbles himself (transcends) will be exalted.

Transcendental silence is not inactive, rather latent spiritual dynamism. Some, when starting out in meditation practice, and not being properly trained in how to experience transcendentally, and fearing what is happening, resist the Transcendent, that something is taking them over, not realizing that their Savior has come to town. This experience is normal and to be welcomed, for it’s by regular coming to the transcending point, that God’s nature is gradually realized as His form. Transcendence, being an altered or higher state of consciousness, cannot be experienced by just sitting in ordinary silence — maybe thinking quietly about our next favorite TV program or next meal — which really is just the absence of relativity sound; our state has not ben altered transcendentally.

Thus, in practical terms, personifying image and likeness is about creating a Gap in the incessant thought patterns created on the gross surface level of mind, caused by non-awareness. By means of the Gap — which Gap is the Silence — transcendental silence gradually becomes infused into the very nature of the mind, when a spiritual dynamism comes into play, when His nature begins taking form within consciousness. The process, therefore, is one of becoming mentally still, silent — of entering into meditation — and waiting innocently for transcendence, which happens naturally without effort, and, after meditation, engaging in outer activity. This outer activity is what establishes silence, and its inner nature, in the nervous system, which then is experienced within as separate from outer activity.

While physiologically we’re each encoded of image-likeness of God, it’s transcendental silence which fires the human physiology into functioning divinely or cosmically; it’s when our bliss-nature soul is experienced as separate from the hectic market place, when Presence remains through all the hustle and bustle of normative life. As life is experienced through the mind-senses combination, and as the senses are housed in the nervous system, this is why the nervous system requires purification. Transcendental consciousness is the means through which creation, in all its diversity, reflects Unity within the physiology — as divine consciousness — thus the physiology is now the expression of cosmic consciousness. In other words, the physiology and divine consciousness now both co-existing simultaneously; relativity and eternal God nature cognized as our own Self — the Lord they God within — as the permeating bliss-force of our every thought, word and action, and within every cell of the body.

Only the Self is eternally silent.

To recap in an extended sentence: The process starts with experiencing meditational silence, thus leading to transcendental silence, which silence integrates rigid subconscious ego-patterned thought structures, thus neutralizing residual nervous system contamination’s of stress and tensions, thereby making the inner chnnels sensitive to withstand the bliss surge-flow of higher or pure energy, which further leads to expansion of conscious capacity of mind and to even higher states of consciousness.

And, finally,

Pure Consciousness

Pure consciousness is self-referral consciousness. Due to the fact that nothing of the outside relative order can contaminate or penetrate His nature, pure consciousness interacts alone within its own transcendental status. Referring only within its own dynamic, its own eternal creative structure, pure consciousness lies beyond outer-world interference; thus God is always in heaven as in “our father, which art in heaven” – Lord’s Prayer. Also “where I go (eternal awareness) you (non-realized Self) cannot come but I go (meditation) to prepare a place (transcendental consciousness) for you”.

The opposite of self-referral is object-referral. Where our personal world and societal status is acknowledged without awareness of, or reference to, the spiritual dimension of our higher Self — without experiencing the Self as separate from the material world.

We’re familiar, I’m sure, with the words “give us this day our daily bread” – Lord’s Prayer. As we progress in meditation and the purification process — of awakening the hidden treasures of the eternal soul — we will see these words as pertaining to “give Him His daily bread” – as meaning, by our daily meditation, do we feed Him transcendentally. In bringing ourselves to be still, silent in mind, wholeness and calm pervade the meditation offering, thus our prayer is of pure silence, the highest offering or devotion we can express. But, in registering as pure silence, the intellect must become one-pointed. thereby knowing the silence of soul, purly, and in this way, intellect is made resolute and pure for decision making. Thus, realization dawns that, inner point [of intellect] and Infinity are equal – thine Eye [of the soul] is become single, thus the physiology and consciousness are filled with light, realized in the eternal image and likeness of God.

Matthew 17:19-20 reads: “The apostles came to Jesus in private and asked him: why couldn’t we drive the demon out? – referring back to an earlier incident in Matt 17:14 when the apostles could not heal a boy. “Because you hadn’t enough faith” Jesus replied, then he said: “I assure you that if you have faith as big as a mustard seed, you can say to this hill go from here to there! And it will go. You could do anything”.

Earlier in Matthew 17:17 Jesus said “How unbelieving and wrong you people (mind-sets) are! How long must I stay with you (remaining in lower-self nature)? How long do I have to put up with you?” In other words, how long more will we choose remaining under the domain of finite mind in preference of Infinite Son of God status.

We’re unbelieving while in spiritual ignorance. Thus the boy is symbolism of our non-spiritually quickened soul in need of awakening into conscious contact with our Higher Self dimension.

Other scriptures use mountain instead of hill “you could say to this mountain be gone into the sea and it would be gone”. Mountain in scripture is Higher consciousness. When human consciousness becomes transformed into Higher consciousness, it is gone into the sea – the equivalent of faith-filled consciousness – when intentions through this state of mind come about. A spiritually rooted person will live faith naturally, enjoy an unbreakable link with God regardless how big the so-called problem or goal – Mountain will either give, heal or sprout new understanding in tandem with heart-felt intentions.

The mustard seed story is about coming upon hidden faith ability and its development into an unshakable, irremovable level of Mountain consciousness and its expression. This scripture is not about having faith already. It’s about how, from tiny beginnings, the mustard seed births and expands into ever-present levels of Godliness, into never waning or fading soul values.

The reason the apostles in Matt 17:19-20 could not perform healing was because left-side brain was dominating, which is why Jesus said: “of myself (ego) I can do nothing”.The apostles were asleep in how directly experiencing faith-nature is come upon.

The apostles going to Jesus in private is symbolism of personal meditation, entering into the boundless silence of soul. Jesus is symbolism of our own awakening-wisdom, the inner Teacher guiding us to our own Christ within.

Concentrated Seed Faith.

Let us consider a seed — any seed. Seed is the most concentrated faith-filled unit of creation. It produces only what its designed for, nothing else is possible. Being the smallest of all seeds, Jesus selects the mustard seed for his story of explaining how boundless faith is intended to grow and expand from tiny beginnings within consciousness. But while existing in concentrated format within each soul, faith requires awakening, tapping into — germination. In this context, the deep silence of meditation, amounting to the unmanifest seed faith, transmutes into manifested faith-consciousness.

The actual seed, though, is somewhat bigger than a mustard seed, more pea-size and located in the center of the brain, it’s called the Pineal gland. In many religions, this gland is portrayed as a Pine Cone, including a bust-size statue in the grounds of the Vatican – strange how this is never referred to in their teachings.

Biblical faith clearly is not about a strong faith in this and lesser in that, for, being all-pervading, faith is not conditional measurement allocation. While remaining constant, concrete, faith is ever-active, ever abstract fluidity in its all-encompassing dynamical silence — as in, water taking the shape of any pipe, such as “Jesus stooped and wrote in the sand” meaning, expression in whatever faith capacity we have achieved.

Faith in action is constantly transforming consciousness into ever-higher spiritual dimensions, tirelessly nudging the soul into ever-perfecting levels of human love, into total experiential amercement of Christ-consciousness and its expression at one’s own level.

Thus, faith is alchemized silence brought about by repeated meditational transcendence — of entering into the Pineal gland — a process which transmutes human ego. Experiencing transcendentally is beyond ego, an act of will or mental effort, rather its by natural infusion of bliss into the very nature of the mind — a state which knows no opposite,

Although the physical seed is situated in the brain as the Pineal gland, germination or activation is initiated through the root chakra at the base of the spine and subsequent rising of Kundalini life force into the brain. It’s this root chakra opening which triggers the five other spinal chakras into opening, culminating in awareness entering the Pineal gland and divine seed-nature sprouting. Once this process is commenced faith-journeying into Higher realms has truly begun.

Biblically, awakening Kundalini is equivalent of John the Baptist and the One which follows – the One which follows is baptism into directly experiencing Christ-consciousness, which is faith.

Healing and Everyday Faith

Healing is not a single life-event, where, once achieved, further spiritual development can be ignored. This can happen when healing is attained by visitation to particular shrines, pools or by intermediary – where some-one or holy venue bypasses our own “unbelieving” level. In such cases, people’s expectations become raised in advance, which the brain translates as faith; and while there may be a healing, this is not the Bible’s mustard seed of faith. To faith-mimic we can of course accentuate joyous feelings by becoming animated in visioning specific desired outcomes as happened – thus natural happiness is indeed a potent healing force – but it’s not real faith. Casting demons out permanently is by transformation of consciousness, by consciously coming upon Mountain Silence, upon Higher Self-consciousness, when purification of mind, body and soul occurs leaving no opening for depressed feelings to form new or repeating dis-ease.

In other words, using an onion to generate tears is not emotional crying!

In the early stages of mustard seed expansion, much casting out is taking place without awareness. It’s when subtle realignment of our thought processes are taking new shape, when mature understanding and soul perceptions are forming an Abiding state for further thoughts and intuition of a Higher Realm to dwell.

As we advance further in meditation practice, realization of Higher consciousness becomes acutely tangible. Through awakening of pivotal mechanisms in the brain and spinal column, newer levels of exhilarating health and well-being present in consciousness, manifest in body – when struggle and effort begin releasing their grip.

In the early stages of spiritual development, we may feel that a strong faith in certain biblical characters or historical events is required or insinuated in this mustard seed story. But, no, this is not what this scripture is about: Jesus is NOT asking that we have faith in him, a philosophy, a place or any other person. The asking message is about Self Realization, that we come upon our innate capacity of soul-faith, our own out-pouring Self-refer Mountain for instantaneous living of a Self-healing life. To this end, we’re reminded: “the apostles got into the boat and went to the other side” – boat meaning meditation, and, other side, meaning transcendence into right-side brain, abiding home of faith-nature.

12 Cranial Nerves and Healing

Once cognized as NOT meaning 12 historical men, and that the apostles are symbolism for the 12 Cranial nerves in the brain, then new understanding begins unfolding rapidly. The 12 apostles are 12 qualities of the soul — aspects of human consciousness for integration and healing. These 12 spiritually-serving nerve centers – responsible for almost every bodily function — along with the five Chakras in the spine and two in the brain, are the soul’s receptor or diffusion points for bodily interaction of cosmic energy, thus is how soul-focus and well-being for optimal spiritual growth is maintained.

The reason the apostles could not drive out demons was because the 12 Cranial nerves were non spiritually functioning – absence of direct faith-consciousness. Its only when these consecrated centers are performing as intended, in conjunction with the chakras and glandular system, can spiritual nature develop practically.

The demons, having their origin in deeply rooted generational handovers, consequent of previous lives’ non-soul serving Cranial nerves, are myriad and complex, beyond the scope of modern-day psychology. The spiritually asleep state of these vital centers is what keeps demon consciousness in place — stuck in ordinary human consciousness – in the birth, death, rebirth cycle of suffering. And is why Jesus said “I will rebuild this temple in 3-days” –symbolism of spiritual restructuring of the brain. Here “3” is not an aggregate of earth days but symbol of divinity, Unity.

This also is why the apostles – Cranial nerves — went to Jesus in private, meaning engaged in silence meditation thereby awakening these divinely appointed alchemy centers for rebuilding the temple, the brain, through Unity consciousness.

Does a Tree Have Faith?

Yes, on its own plane of existence. Similar to humans, trees undergo healing on a daily basis, but in different ways. A tree’s eco-system consists of roots, branches, leaves and trunk. In the tree’s case it’s Sap which heals. But, we may ask, from where does Sap come? The answer is, Sap comes from a source beyond the tree; its drawn in from earth Nature through the root’s tentacles. The tree does not manufacture Sap. Having come in through the root system, Sap is distributed throughout the entire tree, weather healing is required or not. So long as roots remain “watered”, then roots maintain capacity of Sap distribution. The root is the conduit, the instrumentality through which Sap flows into the whole tree for instantaneous healing and growth.

If you ask a tree what time it is, the tree will say, it is Now!

Healing of a tree is an act of single-mindedness, of present moment functioning. On the other hand, humans live in time, space and causation, plus ego personality. Thereby, unwittingly, through repeated negativity and unloving nature is interference with spiritual growth taking place. Whereas the tree does not stand on the hose while being watered, humans can through endless stress and worry about past-future.

But, what happens when there is no rain-fall to water the roots? Well, this is where the good gardener comes in – he / she waters the roots personally, thus maintaining Sap flow. So long as the roots receive nourishment, then Sap flows unabated.

Conversely, with humans, there are two forms of healing. One, the innate healing intelligence within the body – which, similar to the tree, heals scar-tissue and other bodily / trunk parts – which does not require faith for functionality. But the faith mentioned in scriptures is about a state of faith consciousness and its transformational power of taking carnal mind beyond suffering into divine Mind. Faith consciousness is about first awakening the mechanisms which initiate transformation from spiritual ignorance into conscious connection with Truth -Truth meaning that which never changes, eternal consciousness.

Transitioning of awareness into Truth commences in the head (meditation) progresses to opening the first chakra at the base of the spine then returning up along the spine back to head / heart for permanent establishment of consciousness. This process — known as Kundalini rising — is how faith-nature becomes resolute consciousness.

In human terms, the very same principle of watering the tree’s roots apply, only, it’s the mind which is watered. Watering the mind is entering into communion with pure silence in meditation which naturally awakens the tentacles or channels of the soul – the Kundalini – allowing for healing of emotional scars and generational and peer conditioning to take place. Thus, converged silence is which expands from tinny mustard beginnings (birth of Christ within) into boundless transformational faith-consciousness — abiding state for further thoughts and intuition of a Higher Realm to dwell.

The Mantra and Mustard Seed Faith

Luke: 9-48 puts it “for he who is least among you all (converged intellect) is the greatest”.

Mantra is a word-sound, a vibration used for creating calm and silence in the mind. Like water and air, the mantra is neutral and works naturally with all people regardless of religion or none. At practical level, mantra achieves Luke: 9-48 in that, gradually the intellect reduces from gross levels of thought to the smallest of the smallest – least of the least, the mustard seed – resulting in expansion of human consciousness into transcendental pure consciousness or unconditional faith nature. In other words, when during meditation, intellect is reduced to its least, a new dynamic is born, a new connective wavelength infuses or vibrates into awareness: spontaneous calibration of mantra sound into thought expansion resulting in faith consciousness. Thus the mustard seed mushrooms into Mountain Light, Transcendent Experiencing, when soul-flow Essence is freed from the bondage of cyclical darkness.

Often referred to as the law of thought increase, this expansion of thought – mantra is a thought — is commencement of Ascension out of lower carnal mind, when ego-centric mind becomes Spiritual Mountain. Mountain is now Alive, thus thought-feeling nature becomes hugely sensitive, hence the need for thoughts to be positive with regard to self and others — “Lead us not into temptation” (ignoring cosmic law) – Lord’s Prayer.

In conclusion

Thoughts, Watching and Faith-Seeds

As maturation of faith consciousness develops, expression of thoughts become equivalent of faith-seeds in action — potent tool moulds – in that, whatever vision or heart quality the thought is filled of, is what comes about. “Whatever ye ask for in my name, (love nature) believing ye have it, (resolute faith) I give you my word (Law) it will come about” Mark 11:24. Through the law of thought increase – go forth and multiply – every intentional faith-filled thought expands from tiny infancy into manifestation of the intentional feelings or emotions generated.

In biblical terms, planting a seed in the field is the same as planting a thought in mind – field is symbolism for mind. The imperative being, keeping our thoughts divinely orientated for use through ever maturing faith, for good only. Watching allows conscious control over random and meaningless thoughts entering the mind. It further prevents from being unduly influenced by others’ thoughts and desires which do not fit with our own newly forming mustard seed consciousness. Watching allows witnessing experientially the sacredness and Immanence of each present moment and its faith-filled aspect.

Aum is the transmuting vibration which alone contains the transformative dynamic necessary for advancement out of, and beyond, basic human consciousness into Christ consciousness and on to Cosmic-consciousness. Aum, being the Primordial Sound of the universe, is the starting point through which human consciousness commences the transformative journey into Higher Consciousness; the gateway to Supreme Liberation into the eternal peace and joy we’re each encoded to seeking and finding. Whenever the conscious mind is calmed of agitating thoughts, thus is Christ-nature accessed, thereby is our journey into Higher Spiritual Consciousness commenced: “be still and know that I (Higher Consciousness) am God” Psalm 46:10 — a stilled mind attuning with the Primordial frequency. Thus Aum is the sound vehicle, the mantra which settles the active mind into subtler and subtler states resulting in integration and purification of the lower egoic nature and into directly knowing our Higher Self. An integratory activity at subconscious level which neutralizes from bondage the generational soul-blocking thought patters, causal of perpetual suffering through spiritual ignorance.

Moving deeper into Aum takes the mind beyond creation itself into the Transcendent, the vibrationaless state beyond the law of opposites, which fits perfectly with the Supreme Liberation mentioned in the Bhagavad-Gita Ch2-v45: “be without the three gunas, O Arjuna” – freed from the law of opposites inherent in creation – “the three gunas” which are Sattva, Rajas and Tamas represent the forces of nature which, in practical terms, are: Creation, Maintenance and Dissolution symbolized by A-U-M. In Hindu culture the 3-fold nature of God is referred to as: satchidananda. Sat: Absolute never-changing, beyond creation. Chid: ever-vibrating within creation or Christ-consciousness. Ananda: ever-new bliss.

Moving beyond ego-governance and human consciousness, vibrating Aum elevates the senses from conditioned or gross levels of sensory perception to a deeper more refined spiritual cosmic level. Also, by lowering the respiratory rate to around 5 / 6 breaths per minute, and even lower, meditation reduces production of carbon dioxide in the body for elimination into the atmosphere, thus contributing to lowering global warming by our low carbon footprint. Meditation also purifies the nervous system whereby the senses — which are duty-bound to serve the mind — become re-calibrated to serve in a multi-sensory capacity, thereby to serve spiritually. By purification is meant, mind / senses becoming free of automatic attraction to the material world for sense gratification only. To this end, any meditation which stills / calms the conscious mind and lowers the breath cycle, will lead to transcendence and sense purification.

In discussing meditation, we must not ignore transcendence as somehow not applying to the ordinary person, for it most certainly does apply. It is transcendence which takes the mind beyond Aum, beyond “the three gunas”, beyond human consciousness and the cycle of birth-death and rebirth — which “beyond” embraces eternal never-changing Pure Consciousness.

Let us now examine closely the following Scripture with regards to Aum.

“In the Beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, And the Word was God” John 1:1

In relating practically with the Word in John 1:1, it enables fulfillment of our life-purpose – of going BEYOND human consciousness into Divine Consciousness. The most practical interpretation of this scripture therefore is how it brings “beyond” about. The vital questions in this context are: what is the Word which was “in the beginning” and “was with God” and “was God”? The arrangement of the sentence tempts into an obvious literal translation but which interpretation really does not advance in any meaningful way, understanding leading to “beyond”. Conversely, esoteric translation is referring to the inherent principle that, for any creation to take place, there must be Cause, which in this case is the Word, the eternal vibration Aum. “In the beginning” therefore translates: eternal ever-existing Cause. Thus the Word, which is Aum, is the Primordial sound of the universe; an invisible sonic-like vibration which pervades everything in existence — the universe and our physical bodies. Nothing came or comes into existence without the Word, without vibrational Aum, or Om. After regular practice, Aum is perceived within as expansionary, an all-pervading upward-flowing energy – a subtle vibration of happiness or bliss. Aum is not simply a philosophical symbol but an actual means-tool for human transformation into divine nature. Thus Aum is the sound of the eternally vibrating universe while simultaneously lying “beyond” — of Transcendental nature or God – as in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost — three divine aspects of One Being.

Aum is un-struck, meaning it is not produced by two things striking each other as is the case of relative sound.

Although humanly composed — almost profoundly Poetry-like — in symbolized, abstract format, all sacred texts and languages, including the Bible and the Vades, are sourced through Aum consciousness or, the Holy Ghost. And while hugely beneficial of course, reading Scriptures alone is not really sufficient for direct Aum experiencing, thus meditation is key. Scripture puts it: “No man cometh unto the Father (cosmic consciousness) except through Me (Christ consciousness”) John 14:6 – meaning, initial contact with Aum, which is God the Holy Ghost – the third person of the blessed trinity, is imperative. This is how, through meditation, the localized “I” progresses spiritually to become unbounded Higher Consciousness – the lower intellect becoming Transcendent-infused “I” – “I and the Father are one” John 10:30. Thus Aum is the crossover dynamic from human consciousness into Divine Consciousness.

Aum — Cause of Creation

Notwithstanding sourced through Aum, and the great, eternal wisdom of Scripture, the Word in John 1:1 is not specifically referring to a collection of biblical God words as such -rather to the mechanism of Aum which activates the dormant force at the base of the spine. The Greek word for Word is Logos which has many definitions, one being: something that communicates, vibrates and reveals or, Cause. In spiritual / biblical context, we could refer to Word as Cause [of creation], the Christ within – the Atman or Soul. John 1:1 therefore is referring specifically to the Original vibration which brought the whole phenomenal creation into being, with which we’re each intended to commune in order to transcend this physical world.

Activating the Spinal Column

Ever-existing Aum is the Creator, Maintainer and Dissolver of all physical creation. Aum is the sound through which all matter comes into being, including our physical bodies. All of creation comes through Aum, a never-ceasing cosmic throb. In this context, we’re each a vibrating consciousness awaiting direct realization of Vibrationless Silence beyond Aum, beyond matter, beyond creation into Higher Spirit-Consciousness.

Basically, it works something like this. At a certain point – some traditions say between 40-120 days after conception — the Aum vibration descends into the embryonic fetus in the womb to make the bodily parts – heart, lungs, spine and so on. After completion, the vibration comes to rest at the base of the spine – known as involution. We must remember, that, for the soul to become physical, the universal vibration had to be lowered or stepped down dramatically to facilitate this human birth process. The Vibration, then, in all its pre-reduced Potential, remains inactive at the base of the spine until such time as we consciously commence the spiritual awakening process, known as Ascension or evolution – the purpose of our earth journey.

Ascension of consciousness commences when the asleep life force at the base of the spine reactivates through Aum. In Eastern yogic traditions, this force is known as kundalini. Through regular practice, kundalini rises back up the spine thereby awakening the seven cosmic energy centers along the spine culminating in awakening the two energy centers in the brain, the Pineal and Pituitary glands. Such awakening qualifies the Scripture “Jesus said He would send the Holy Spirit” John 15:26. In other words, the Holy Spirit / Ghost, which is Aum, is innately present in Aum at Descent and Ascension stages of the re-union with Higher Consciousness — God.

Paradigm Shift to All-knowing Intelligence — Divine Wisdom

Evolution globally is happening at a rapid pace. Having experienced Aum and kundalini rising, vast swedes of people are migrating from the impractical interpretations of literal scriptures to esoteric or non-literal interpretation which offers so much more clarity and meaning. This paradigm shift is vital as we move from base camp of spiritual ignorance into Reality — into Summit Consciousness. In practicing Aum, or similar vibrational mantras, we’re fulfilling the words of the Prophet Isaiah 40:3 “make straight in the desert a highway for the Lord”. By unblocking the spiritual channels we’re entering the seventh heaven, opening the seventh seal (Rev:8:1) of the Pineal gland, thereby claiming our divine inheritance: Promised Land Consciousness. We’re also fulfilling God’s command to Moses “Lift up They Rod” Exodus 14:16 – activate the spinal column and the seven energy certers, thereby preparing the consciousness for experiential Divine nature. Such blessed state brings with it a level of all-knowing intelligence, Divine Wisdom. meaning, availability of expanded cosmic consciousness at our conscious use of mind.

Aum and Total Brain Coherence

The first law of the universe is order. Therefore, as with the physical universe, the practical effect of Aum vibration on the physiology is right / left brain coherence – a cosmically functioning brain. Aum lowers the brain’s oscillatory frequency from Bata frequency of around 14-50 cps, cycles per second, through Alpha of 7-14 cps to a Theta brain speed of between 4-7 cps – below Theta is Delta vibrating at between 1-3 cps which is nearer to the vibration of a stone, but which some accomplished yogis have attained. The higher the brain’s oscillations the greater the anxiety levels. As with Alpha / Theta brain speed, Bata does not recognize “the now” or calmness. Theta frequency activates the kundalini up along the spinal column, which in turn activates the Pineal / Pituirary glands, including the five cosmic energy centers below the brain. This dynamic of low brain oscillation and harmonization, mirrors cosmic consciousness. On reaching this point of spiritual evolution we can say with certainty that we’re re-connected and functioning through God-consciousness — highest level of human evolution.

Although a core tenet of many religions, Aum and the above scripture, at its applicatory / experiential level, transcends religious dogmas and belief systems, respectfully. For, John 1:1 contains the actual vibratory Word sound God as GAHHD. In essence Aum is our Savior – route of redemption — to becoming redeemed, quickened in Spirit; a God-given dynamic for inner Christ-realization; transformation from base metal into Gold: the Alchemy-force through which ALL creation originated, and, which creation is eventually transcended leading to Union with never-changing Cosmic-consciousness. Thus, vibrational Aum redeems from suffering — the plane of spiritual ignorance — into the realm of Enlightenment and eternal contentment, peace and transcendental bliss.

Faith-Realization Through Aum

As Divine Potential, we’re each endowed with the inner mechanisms for contacting and attaining Christ-consciousness leading to cosmic consciousness, which contact-nature embraces Total Faith. Faith is different from belief in that belief mainly consists of learned or inherited conditioned energy cycles, or subconscious reactive patterns which the asleep soul operates through automatically – biblically referred to as spiritual ignorance. In this context, our life can resemble total unreality or illusion. To awaken from this Maya, illusion, Truth-Faith needs to become as active consciousness, the conscious mind needs contact with Present Moment Awareness, which initiates the all-embracing cosmic Silence which equates to direct Faith experiencing. Learned or imposed Faith is not sufficient. Repeating “I believe in God”, over and over, while positive and sincere, originates from ego and does not establish actual Faith-consciousness, rather a repetitive mental loop to appease ego. As was said, Faith is innately present within Christ-consciousness and is COME UPON — exposed rather than imposed — through integration of fear-riddled generational conditioning. Faith-nature becomes established in consciousness through vibratory Aum — intuitiveness sourced through naturally-recurring happiness and contentment. Once established, Faith cannot be reversed or erased.

Of course this is not saying we abandon our traditions’ beliefs or their core tenets. No, far from it. It’s merely pointing to how the already present state can be realized without institutional programming. Faith intuits naturally that which we already are – Faith-endowed Spirit. The following Scripture highlights the need of Faith realization beautifully: “First seek ye the kingdom (vibrational Aum) and all else shall be unto thee (Christ or Higher-Consciousness realization)” Matthew 6:33.

In conclusion let us look briefly at two similar scriptures.

“in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth” Genesis 1:1

Here again “in the beginning” in not referring to the creation of the physical universe eons ago, and all that such mind-boggling detail involves. In this context, we do not have to intellectually know all about the laws of nature, rather through Aum, we become attuned automatically with the innumerable laws of Nature, of Creation. Therefore, at practical level “in the beginning” is referring to the potential of new creation — transformation of consciousness. In other words, “in the beginning” is conscious familiarization with “God (Aum) created the heaven (bliss) and the earth (mind)” while in meditation.

“And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us” John 1-14

This Scripture is referring to the creation and evolution of the physical body after Aum vibration entered the embryonic body soon after conception. “And dwelth among us” – meaning, all-pervading or universal consciousness within the Atom / Molecular / Cellular structure.

Esoteric Overview

When interpretations, such as the above three Scriptures are cognized esoterically, then literal interpretations become meaningless to an evolving brain and consciousness. The consequences of expansion of consciousness ensures no returning to primitive non-soul serving literal understanding. Meditation frees the mind of imposed limitations, of fictional mind-sets, making us free of illusory people, places and events and moving into full potential, full creative ability. Then do we prosper, not only spiritually, but on all levels of material life. Through Spirit Awareness do we see and live through authentic understanding as intended by the Aum-infused authors of Scriptures. What brings full and final Liberation from this ever-changing phenomenal existence into realization of our true manifesting potential is Realized Reality, Transcendental Silence. When Aum vibration is experienced and transcended, thus is contact with the never-changing Absolute established. Thus do we see manifestation of our dreams simply an extension of innate Faith.

The Prodigal Son — Luke 15:11-32. is truly one of great biblical stories of inner transformation. It’s about a certain man who had two sons, one becoming spiritually lost and the other not having a capacity of expressing unconditional love or unconditional forgiveness. In this biblical lesson of personal spiritual growth, the two sons, while appearing to be separate, are one and the same soul/being, but, for the purpose of relating the story philosophically, and making the message intuitively understood, are portrayed as separate sons or souls. They represent aspects of you/me which is/was a reality for us at some point on this material plane of existence.

The prodigal son’s squandering of the divine inheritance on prostitutes means the soul was living through ego-created thought patterns designed to blind it from Truth. Also, having become impoverished spiritually, was put to work on a farm feeding pigs in a foreign land. This foreign land symbolizes lower consciousness and the pigs are the glutenous non purified senses who thrive on worldly gratification. Similarly, the older son, who was out in the field, meaning in the carnal mind — not within — then called the servants [of that field], the thought patterns of the lower ego, to make judgment through ego.

Adding further context on how these two aspects of consciousness came into being: one son by choice, the younger one, asked for his share of the Father’s estate – divine existence, faculties of creating and manifesting, and ability of attaining eternal Spirit nature consciously. On receiving, he descended into [hell] the material world experience. The other son, ‘having always been with the Father’ the parable informs – but unconsciously – meaning, behaving self-righteous, seen to be upholding a societal image and of rigid religious obedience. This elder son did not consciously know his true spiritual nature either. He only thought he was a good person, and, knowing only anger, bitterness and resentment, could not exhibit the soul’s very essence, unconditional love. Behaving under the aegis of his societal / religious ego, the older son felt as though morally perfect in every way, hence the unforgiving, non compassionate nature towards the seemingly non-spiritual younger son. Therefore, saw no reason for repentance, for self-purification, hence, spiritual pride and why he could not enter into the house [inner temple] to celebrate [love].

The younger son, due to his leaving the Father (entering into the spiritual wilderness of psychic sleep) and returning, made the conscious, courageous and contrite transition from human lower ego into higher spiritual nature.On the other hand, rather than of choice participation in divine matters, the elder son admitted to being as a slave [to ego], therefore never consciously or directly experienced Ascension of consciousness or gained spiritual realization — freedom from dominant ego. In other words, being always under the control of enforced outer belief systems, was not of his own volitional choice inner spiritually found — not awakened in higher vibrational consciousness — but merely adhering to man-made rules and rooted egoism — above redemption – which could be described as spiritual pride.

God-given Free Will

In asking for his share of the Father’s Estate, the younger son,exercised his God-given ability of free will, which request the Father didn’t deny, for we’re each given free will to consciously exercise. In taking on the physical material life experience — and by implication, the human ego — the younger son loses conscious awareness of his divine Spirit nature. From this state of spiritual ignorance commences the inner journey of consciousness transformation, of becoming consciously re-united with the Divine, Cosmic or Transcendent state within his own consciousness. Even though we were each in heaven [albeit unconsciously] previous to entering the material world, coming to the material plane and becoming spiritually lost, the prodigal ego is the means or dynamic through which Ascension is gained — for conscious return into Divine Stature. In this context, neither sons, prior to material existence, were ever consciously aware of the soul’s Divine eternal state.

Involution / Evolution

This process of material life experience and later back into Spirit status is called involution / evolution: involution into matter – and He descended into hell — then evolution or Resurrection out of matter into Spirit, from where we started, only this time endowed consciously of eternal Divine Nature – “hell” meaning the suffering nature of the material-physical ego-driven world while spiritually asleep.

The prodigal son, having realized his fall from Grace – squandering his inheritance of higher soul status to mere ego-sense gratification or feeding the pigs – subsequently encounters soul promptings, inner awareness, thereby to eventually experience his Higher Self, his own inner Christ or Redeemer – the Fatted Calf. The fatted calf is symbolic of experiencing and expressing our Higher Self gained by way of self-purification. It was the prodigal’s riotous lower life living and subsequent heeding of the inner awareness which led him to saying “enough is enough”. In this momentous decision, of recognizing the utter futility of his human ways, does he consciously awaken to the cosmic unbounded nature of his eternal Spirit soul – where previously there was no conscious awareness.

In asking for his share of the Kingdom of Heaven, his inheritance, the younger son was given all God-Nature ability-mechanisms for the purpose of spiritual Glory reunification. This infers he accepted that, for the purpose of spiritual consciousness alchemy into conscious eternality, the soul would lose its spiritual awareness – metaphorically it would die a spiritual death, become contaminated in illusion or Maya — phrased in the Apostle’s Creed “He descended into hell, suffered death and was buried”. This qualifies to some extent what is meant when the Father said to the older son — when he complained about not receiving any reward for his good-doing — “but you are always here with me, what’s mine is yours” (but unconsciously). That, in order for the kingdom inheritance to be a conscious affair, the soul must descend into matter, the material world, thereby fulfilling Resurrection of consciousness or Soul Realization – becoming Ascended Master as biblical Jesus became the Christ.

The Way

After much experiencing, finally we begin to intuit the flip-side of this earth-material existence –sensing our core Essence. We become irresistibly drawn to people and events that our soul resonates with: a comfortable feeling about a particular spiritual navigational means out of this material hell, this jungle of snares and traps -biblically referred to as the Way or Jesus – which Way-ability was inherent in our receiving when asking for our share of the kingdom. Meaning, we can discern that Ascension of consciousness is actually within our conscious grasp whenever we choose such. When this depth of soul awareness begins to unfold truly has our white flag been hoisted, the lower-self accepts the utter futility of human effort to be eternally happy, content and at peace within. Truly then, and without fail, does an army of compassionate Angels — inner guidance of a non-judgemental nature — rush to our assistance in aiding re-union with our Divine Father within.

Spiritual application of The Fatted Calf

When, through our chosen meditation, journeying back to our true nature becomes a momentous, love-filled occasion. This is when the fatted calf, the innate love or Christ-nature of the soul, resurrects out of spiritual death to become experiential Life awareness – born again, the second birth — when feasting on divine-consciousness becomes our daily soul nourishment. In this instance, biblical “fat” symbolizes our very best offering, which, in this instance, is utter surrendering of the ego, which, in so achieving during meditation, our Spirit soul or Christ consciousness becomes united with the Father. Biblically phrased: “let us bring forth the fatted calf and celebrate” – celebrate, meaning live through the awakened Christ consciousness as opposed to the prodigal son’s dead or soul-sleeping awareness- the famine in the foreign land [within].

Practical Means of Purification

This parable surly deserves our fullest attention. It highlights the essential inner silence work required for the soul’s Home-coming — soul becoming conscious unto itself – and realization of the eternal status we each inherited of the Father, the Christ within. From here can we further comprehend the Bible phrase “I and the Father are One”. Without an off-spring – the prodigal son returning — there is no Fatherhood experience. In other words, the Father required a sacrificial Lamb (innocence) or the Christ soul to descend into the material world in order for Father/Son dynamic to be known consciously as “I and the Father are One” — the purpose of this earth journey and the prodigal son experience. Expressed “fatted calf” nature gradually over time, brings this Oneness into focused reality within consciousness, when our lives become as service channels of His nature for the purpose of assisting others on their prodigal journey Homeward. But, to be of divine service, we must each first undergo the self-purification process of returning. In this context, the pivotal points of this soul-saving parable is when the younger son says: “I will arise and go to my Father [within]”, meaning, I will take steps to raise my consciousness to Transcendental Father level. And this inner journey, once commenced upon, immediately becomes known to the Father: “the Father saw him from afar” — “afar” meaning from within.

Addictive Thought Patterns

And while substance-addiction may not be an issue for us, biblically, addiction is mainly to do with compulsive thought production and addictive thought patterns of a non-soul-serving nature — like the farm pig-sty the younger son was sent to work in. Thus, the practical means of prodigal son purification is through crucifying the main source of inner pollution, the riotous ego, symbolism of the Crucifixion on Mount Calvary, meaning, highest point of inner Purity; a level of transcendental awareness, minus ego, leading to Ascension of consciousness — Resurrection out of prodigal existence into conscious Unity with and AS the Father.

In conclusion, we remember that it was the Father who was ecstatically happy on the son’s return, meaning, it is into this ecstatic bliss state which the son comes on returning Home. And, gaining Home is by daily silence contact in actual meditation leading to bliss-consciousness and then living this post meditation nature throughout our daily life. Thus “let us prepare the fatted calf [through meditation] and be merry”. This is the Glory of daily meditation in relation to the prodigal son — a leading to awakening out of the psychic sleep and egoic web entanglement thereby directly knowing our own Christ or Fatted Calf nature within – the highest offering / prayer we can make to the Father.

Many years ago, before becoming a daily meditator, I heard a disagreement on radio, on God, where one accused the other: ‘does he think he has his own personal hotline to God’? the person questioned. At the time, I too thought having a hotline to God was a strange statement. Now, after thirty-five years of meditation, I can say with confidence, that, not only it is possible, but easy.

In describing, God, it helps if we move beyond titling God as a noun, as a single entity of sorts, for God’s name is not God as we understand the term “name” – biblically, name means nature. Therefore, God translates, Divine Nature, which Nature is Absolute, transcendental and universal – everywhere, both relative and absolute in totality all at once. Once we grow beyond the imprisoning mind-sets of formal religions and the literal interpretations of the Bible, then does hotline reality really begin opening for us – a new dimension of higher consciousness and soul wisdom reveals itself which heretofore was bluntly conditioned over by formal religious teachings during those vital early formative years.

With Divine Love being Transcendental, and human emotional love being of the material world, therefore, human love is imperfect, it is not Divine Love. Divine Nature, in its purest experience for humans is profound natural compassion and deep contentment, or, in yoga, its Bliss. In this context, no matter how sincere human love may be intended toward others, it is still innately contaminated by the material world influence, by non-naturally-occurring compassionate nature. Human love, therefore, amounts to non-purified emotionalism and, for the most part, selective in expression. It is selective because it is usually reserved only for those close to us, such as family members and trusted acquaintances – it can also be contrived love. Beyond the comfort zone of selective love, particularly where compassion is concerned, we become spiritually challenged on all fronts.

When love is conditional, there are usually unresolved, non-integrated emotions acting out at the subconscious level, emotions which are contradicting our heart’s natural desire to express authentic Divine Love. Prior to spiritual soul awakening, we’re each subliminally driven by deeply-rooted fears and insecurities, by the myriad of ego-contrived mind-sets resulting in our every actions being automatically played out on the screen of life- hence conditional love sourced of spiritual ignorance. Tending toward those we feel are more tolerant of these unresolved deficiencies, we cling to their emotional security rather than freeing ourselves of our own inherited programming — from the loop-feed of the subconscious aspect of overall mind.

Contacting Divine Love

Because contact is a conscious choice, when acted upon it is this choice which activates our life-journey’s real purpose here on earth. For human love to become perfected into Divine Love, embarking upon a self-purification process is necessary. In this regard, purification means expansion of conscious mind – capacity of deep experiencing as opposed to mere surface experiencing. When contact with our own eternal Pure Soul becomes realized, experienced, then this deeper capacity-nature of soul-silence becomes irreversibly infused into the nature of the mind / heart, then does Divine Love Nature become established within our own consciousness. Divine Bliss or pure compassion is experienced as soul intuition, which, in reality is our personal “Hotline to God”. Of course, the optimum word here is CONTACT. It is deemed contact only when such contact has become established within consciousness. No amount of intellectualizing on contact, verbally or otherwise, produces it. We can say that water is wet, but, until contact with water is made, then and only do we know the texture and fluidity attributes of water, which is immensely greater than the description of water being wet. Similarly, when we say, God is Love, it remains at the intellectual level until directly experienced within the heart, within consciousness.

Establishing contact is not difficult, but requires a committed, disciplined approach. The approach is by way of the various spiritual disciplines such as meditation, Yoga and deep breathing exercises known as pranayama – all very simple and practical practices. These practices reorientate the nervous system to withstanding Pure Consciousness, our own soul — an individualized aspect of God Nature – resulting, over time, in Divine Love-nature becoming unconditionally present in our daily life.

Prior to establishing contact, Pure Consciousness does not exude a quality of Love – for no one could experience such who had not already established contact. Meaning, in its unmanifest state, Divine Love is Potential Purity awaiting transfiguration into the human constitution. Therefore, transfiguration of our spiritual mechanisms, through contact, is how humans get to know, experience our highest pursuit, Divine Nature. This is the understanding behind the biblical quote: “The transfiguration on the Mount” — Mount meaning highest point of inner awareness during meditation. For Pure Eternal Potential to become experiential beyond dogma and belief systems, embarking upon a self-purification practice, of which mind expansion is the by product, is totally necessary. This is when inner Mount nature expands to become established universal awareness – the Will of God alive in our heart.

Divine nature has vibratory qualities which oscillate vastly beyond the level which human emotional love can comprehend or exhibit. In this regard, contact changes everything, for, everything Love passes through it changes into Itself – stepped up into similar energy ratio. The glory is, contact recalibrates our entire physiology; it spiritualizes matter thereby altering and deepening the capacity of the nervous system into perceiving divinely, cosmically. Once realized, and for such to become established contact, Love nature must then be lived, expressed naturally in an effortless way in our daily life. Then, the more we give away — the more that passes through us — then the more we have to further give away – the cycle continues indefinitely. If we do not give Love energy away, express it, then it works against us: we can become angry, moody and even depressed. For, like electricity, energy cannot be stored – it must flow.

The Inner Set-up

To have any experience, there must be a corresponding setup in the nervous system. Therefore, Divine Love becomes realized Potential only when our physiology / nervous system is cultured to withstand Purity – maintain happiness, calm, contentment or bliss, on a continuous basis. And while we may gain token peace of mind by way of literal sound-bites on love nature, the same format does not apply to the heart: to know Love the heart must enjoy direct experiencing. And, when the heart does experience direct Purity, we will sense it as inclination to express un-equivocated compassion, sincerity and bubbliness of well-being in all situations.

The False Ego

In the pursuit of Love contact, ego will always present off-putting scenarios to eternally delay expression of our divine inheritance. Ego, being maintainer of the illusory false persona, will always attempt, by any means, at convincing against pursuing our noblest goal. Because it is a psychological contrivance, in an ego-dominated world Purity is non-existent. Ego has no authentic basis, it is not real, therefore is not constituted to know Love, rather, promote its opposite. This then is the plank in the eye which needs plucking out, which needs integration. Another example of ego is, when we say “God is Love” this is an intellectual observation of a state beyond the intellect’s capacity of knowing. A simplistic overview from ego’s perspective which is incapable of experiencing what it is describing. Because it is transcendental, describing Love through the ego, before spiritual awakening, lacks spiritual maturity and soul-sourced understanding.

For Love to be it must flow. In the absence of flow stagnation ensues — from where we’ve all at one time started our quest for Divine contact. In other words, stagnation equals suffering, which translates as stress, anger, phobias, addictions, depression plus the myriad of side effects these potentially bring at inter-personal and societal level. In the absence of established contact, a tendency can arise where we become over-materially attached, sourcing our happiness through materialism. This can happen when driven to amass endless wealth and possessions as a replacement for authentic peace of mind and security in life. When this is the fact, then matter is dominating spirit instead of the reverse being so – a case of living life’s priorities in reverse — the Bible puts it: “first seek the Kingdom of Heaven [within]”

And, finally, while adherence to beautiful biblical quotations is certainly a great positive, but, more spiritually authentic would seem to be actually living Divine nature, thereby is our own lived experience demonstrated into the world and into Universal Mind. The point being, be sure we’re not moving intellectually from direct means of establishing CONTACT, that we’re not sending the awareness-ball firmly back into ego’s court. By establishing the mind in utter soul silence – like Noah’s Ark (the mind) resting on top of the Mount — ego becomes transformed, integrated into spiritual orientation thus ensuring our hotline to God is eternally pure, open and free-flowing.

In the absence of non-conceptual understanding, we can now see how many religious institutions remain stuck in perpetuating an intellectual, up in the sky God — programming their adherents with delusional conditioning. When such conditioning takes root in the mind scriptural interpretations become totally untranslatable thereby incomprehensible at any practical level; thus lack of mature understanding becomes the real enemy of spiritual enlightenment for many. Wearisome, feeling its easier following the crowd, many settle for conceptual knowledge unaware of its controlling potential at the deeper level of mind. With programmed mind-sets we are journeying without to finding God rather than within. Often referred to as “one-track minded”, conditioned belief systems or subconscious thought patterns become grooved into the deeper mind thereby furnishing the conscious mind with distorted perceptions of not only our own inner spiritual status, but the entire Bible’s real message of Unconditional Love through Christ within. In other words, the intellect, functioning through whatever color glasses the mind is programmed and conditioned into, accepts the mind-set as true, accepts and reflects only this pattern in their life as reality — the conditioning becomes the film we watch and live by daily. With conditioned knowledge, we are either reacting from such, or defending it. We base our entire world around an illusion, therefore incapable of seeing / hearing Truth; by this subliminal denial of our own inner Christ nature, we accept the shadow for Reality.

Crucifying the lower Ego

On the other hand, Heart-centered or universal consciousness — resultant from regular meditation — is divine experiencing which has its basis in pure transcendental silence — Authentic reality. Our purpose here on Earth is about coming upon this pure transcendental silence thereby activating expansion of divine happiness — becoming conscious in cosmic nature or Christ-Consciousness. But the stumbling block for many in this regard, I feel, is confusion initiated through non-nonsensical dogma: confusion that the historical personality of the man Jesus is the same as the biblical Jesus — they are not one and the same person. Biblical Jesus is referring to a process of inner awakening, to the necessity of spiritual realization and is not referring to historical events or people no matter how saintly these souls were at the time. This biblical process or dynamic is through crucifying the lower ego leading to a spiritual or soul personality, which is the hidden message behind the Crucifixion as we know it. Keeping it literal, religions never explain this crucifixion and its related esoteric symbolism. The Crucifixion symbolizes overcoming the lower ego, with meditation as the practical means of achieving such. Known in the Bible as Galgotha — meaning place of the skull — this crucifying takes place in the human mind on a daily basis in meditation. In other words, meditative silence is the way of crucifying our lower nature thereby awakening our higher spiritual faculties unto direct experiencing of Divine nature or Christ-Consciousness.

Scriptures are mostly metaphysical composition, symbolism language which bear no semblance to literal interpretation. Biblical knowledge is not about accumulations of historical facts and trying to create a reality to justify them, rather, biblical knowledge is primarily instructional of coming upon our own Christ within. Thus the Bible is a Master book of instruction in gaining expansion of human consciousness into Christ or Cosmic consciousness, leading eventually to God-Consciousness. In this context, formal religion, I believe, in its propagation of literal Bible, renounce their responsibility of guiding flocks to know their own True reality, their own inner Christ. The word religion translate re-unite — meaning reunite / transform mind, body, soul into Christ-Consciousness. Is this being achieved, we ask.

Congregations trust that their born-into family religion knows best thus follow no matter what its biblical interpretations. But this is where we need to be brave — if it does not feel right then its not right.

Without direct experience of the human soul emerging from its spiritual hibernation, there is a tendency to settling for others’ belief-systems to appease the lower ego which only consolidates fear of change lest we might offend our church leaders and God — and this is what some religions rely upon. Instilling fear into others is a sure sign of spiritual, moral / ethical bankruptcy; it’s what lower ego generates in abundance. Therefore, because it chronically upsets the natural cosmic rhythms of the soul and contradicts the Spirit of God, fear-based Tap roots must be eliminated. For actual spiritual growth taking place, change leading to consciousness expansion is vital — a dynamic central to all creation and the universe. Think caterpillar / butterfly: one sees death the other sees life. Which are we?

Personal Responsibility

In this context, well-intentioned souls might assume that in becoming Christ-blessed we have only to agree with those considered our spiritual superiors, those who convince most persuasively on literal Bible. That somehow, by ticking the “I agree” box in mind, God will notice our concurrence and bestow soul sanctification. If merely hearing or reading well-crafted pulpit words as sufficient for divine transformation, then the problem of world peace, both personal and global, would surly have dawned on Earth by now. Deep down we know this to be true, that something is not working through indoctrinated mind-sets of God. The message of personal responsibility to spiritual Enlightenment has been lost to greed, corruption and manipulation at individual, institutional and corporate level – this is not being judgmental but a reality fact.

I was reading an article recently by an eminent American journalist who stated that the Sermon On the Mount did not in any meaningful way address world problems, it fell short of solutions, the article stated. This is an example of personal responsibility avoidance, of shallow corporately-driven understanding on the Journalist’s part, of not directly knowing their own higher Self and what the Beatitudes essentially are endeavoring to highlight — individual Self Realization.

Dwelling on historical individuals – male / female — is a subliminal denial of our own True potential: “I have come that you may have life in all its fullness” – John 10:10. “I have come” is the experiential Presence of our own inner Christ, not in the future, but now, and, “I” is the eternally-existing Christ-consciousness which becomes our standard everyday expression by way of coming upon transcendental pure consciousness in daily meditation. Failing to see practical transformative biblical instruction as this is how literal interpretations inevitability lead to disillusionment of its faithful followers, and the ensuing detrimental effect on the global world.

No matter how virtuous the intention, staying on the surface level of mind in prayer does not achieve transcendental Christ-Consciousness. A purified cranial nervous system, by way of meditative silence, leading to Kundalini / Chakras awakening, indeed paves the certain way – Isaiah 40:3 puts it: “make straight in the desert a highway for the Lord”. This highway is within, and when realized, represents our highest level of spiritual evolution on Earth. And finally, surly one of the Bible’s greatest instructions: Psalm 40–10: “be still (in mind) and know (in heart) that I (eternally-existing Christ-consciousness) am God”. This Psalm is clearly instructional to mental silence meditation. When Divine Presence becomes known as the “I” of our own spiritual consciousness, then it’s that “I” which translates “I and the Father are One”.
